Frane’s place is very conveniently located! It’s a short 5-10 minute walk to Old Town, ferry port and Split’s boardwalk and marina. The unit is spacious (more than I expected from the pictures), clean and comfortable Also, there are no stairs. Frane was always in touch with us prior to our arrival and was always attentive and responsive, even let us check in before the official time, which was a plus and we appreciated very much. I recommend this place to anyone looking where to stay in Split in a quiet zone, but really close to all city attractions and landmarks. Thank you Frane for your kindness and attentions to us! It was a short, but pleasant stay at your place! Greetings! 😺

Darija a été une hôte particulièrement disponible et de très bons conseils pour visiter au mieux la ville avec ses alentours. L’appartement était d’une propreté irréprochable, très bien équipé et situé à 15min à pieds de la vieille ville, 10 min en voiture des premières plages. Des places de parking disponibles et le quartier très paisible. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

The view from the apartment was amazing. So much better than in the photos. We loved having breakfast at the big balcony admiring the view out to the sea and the opposite islands. The view is great even at nighttime and it was nice to sit / rest on the comfortable lounges. The apartment worked very well for a family of four with two bedrooms and bathrooms and spacious living area. The kitchen was well equipped. everything was clean & tidy but there were also decorative things that made the apartment feel like home. The area is quiet but 10-15 minutes walk away from the old town. Just mind that there are a lot of stairs to climb as the apartment is on hill. Andrea was most attentive and friendly a host and replied quickly to our questions. She organised a driver to pick us up from the airport, he was very friendly and made our arrival so nice and easy.

Beautiful home tucked away in city center... Be close to everything without hearing it all once inside the home. Walkable to restaurants, waterfront, and so much more. Great host, very responsive. Great air conditioning in home. Would return.

I would highly recommend marijas place both marija and laura was extremely helpful at all times and their communication was excellent, responding very quickly to any queries and questions we had . the accommodation was exactly as advertised, the pool area was amazing a real treat to spend time there after a day of site seeing in split. unfortunately we have negatives which is nothing to do with Marija but the croatiaion government in there wisdom has decided to give the green light to the largest construction I've ever seen of new hotels, apartment blocks and a total reconstruction of the local beeches. also the location is a bit out of the way so we were heavily reliant on ubers , we were there for 8 days so proved to be an extra cost to our trip which we hadn't budgeted for .All that said marija and laura did the best they could to make there guest feel welcome especially leaving amazing pancakes, water and other goodies for us to enjoy.

Wir haben 14 wunderbare ruhige und erholsame Tage auf Brac verbracht. Die Wohnung von Ana und Goran war dabei ein sehr schöner Ausgangspunkt für die Entdeckung der Insel zu dem wir Abends immer wieder sehr gerne zurückgekehrt sind. Im Vorfeld wurden wir von Ana und Goran mit sehr vielen Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt ausgestattet, die wir aber nicht alle wahrnehmen konnten. Das hatte mehrere Gründe. Wir hatten für Mitte Oktober noch auf Strandwetter mit warmen Wasser gehofft und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Die Strände hatten wir dabei aufgrund der fortgeschrittenen Jahreszeit fast für uns allein. Diese Ruhe an den Stränden und das schöne Wetter haben wir sehr genossen. Kleiner Nachteil der Ruhe war allerdings, dass die Bars an den Stränden allesamt und auch viele Restaurants in den Orten bereits geschlossen waren. Es gab aber noch genügend Auswahl und dann hatten wir ja noch die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche von Ana und Goran. Der Vorort-Kontakt Gianni ist sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit.

Really nice apartment, 10 minutes walk from one of the best beach clubs I found in Split, so, pretty convenient! We had some issues with the kitchen but Zdravka was so fast and efficient to answer that those issues were resolved super quickly! We are really happy with the time there and looking forward to come back one day! 😊

Nous avons passé une semaine chez Anamarija avec nos deux filles de 12 ans et 16 ans. Cette location vous laissera de bons souvenirs de votre séjour . La vue extérieure sur la mer est exceptionnelle. La piscine est située face à la mer. Des draps de bain étaient installés sur chaque transat à notre arrivée. L'appartement se situe au rez de chaussée de maison. Les hôtes habitent à l'étage de la maison mais Anamarija et sa famille sont très discrets. L'endroit est très calme. Les literies sont de bonne qualité. Pour les enfants il y a des jeux extérieurs mis à disposition. L'intérieur est un peu rustique mais vous profiterez surtout du cadre extérieur. Bon rapport qualité/prix. Je recommande cet endroit.Sandrine

Das absolute Highlight ist der Meerblick auf dem Balkon. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten mit Uber und einem Mietauto die Stadt in 10 min erreichen. Supermarkt ist direkt nebenan. Der Fußläufige Strand ist aufgrund einer Baustelle gesperrt, müsste aber bald wieder öffnen. Wir kommen gerne wieder

The apartment was exactly as described, with a beautiful view. There’s no need for a car since the bus stops are conveniently close. There are no cons to mention – the apartment is priced as it should be. The small selection of books provided was surprisingly interesting.

Hôte très accueillant, logement très propre tout étais parfait. Seul petit point faible un peu loin du centre mais très pratique en UBER, et aussi en vélo ou en bus Supérette à proximité

Kristina war ein super Host. Sie hat immer sofort auf alle Fragen reagiert und war sehr Hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Die Unterkunft war wirklich schön und genau wie beschrieben 🩵

An awesome villa - great size, spacious living areas, a gym and games room downstairs and a large pool. We loved it. Although it’s a fair distance away from the centre of Split getting an Uber was very easy and cost about €26. Darko was brilliant, very attentive and brought round food which was incredibly generous and exceptionally well made. We loved our time there

Unser Aufenthalt bei Ante war super, wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt und konnten trotz später Ankunft mit der Schlüsselbox einchecken. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig und der riesen Pool war das Highlight. Die Kommunikation mit Ante war immer hervorragend, schnelle Antworten und gute Kommunikation.

petite maison sympathique et la piscine très bien. Tous le nécessaire de toilettes, cuisine et linge de maison été inclut. Kristian le fils est très réactif et très aimable. La maison se situe à côté d'une rivière. Commerce a proximité.

Ein herrlicher Urlaub. Wir (2 Erwachsen+ 3 Kinder) verbrachten wunderbare Tage in Danis Haus. Die Gestfreundschaft von Dani und ihrer Mutter war überwältigend. Begrüßt wurden wir mit Getränken, Wein , Obst und einer Wurst- und Käseplatte. Sämtliche Utensilien wie Gewürze, Klopapier etc waren bereits vorhanden. Alleine diese Tatsachen überraschten uns so positiv, da wir dies aus unseren letzten Urlauben in Feruenhäusern nicht gewohnt waren. Allgemein hatte Dani immer ein offenes Ohr und war stets erreichbar, wenn man ein Anliegen hatte und wenn es nur um einen Ausflugstipp ging. Das Haus hat 2 Ebene. Eine im Erdgeschoss und eine im Souterrain, mit jeweils eigenem Eingang Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich drei gut ausgestattete Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer mit Dusche + Waschmaschine und ein Wohn- / Küchenbereich (mit Klimaanlage und Kamin). Die Klimaanlage haben wir höchstens 2x benutzt, trotz Durchschnittstemperatur von über 30 Grad draußen, da das Haus überraschend angenehm kühl ist, so dass wir keine Nacht geschwitzt haben. Im Souterrain befindet sich ein weiteres WC und ein Wohnraum ebenfalls mit Küche. Da wir im Sommer da waren, haben wir uns fast nur im unteren Bereich aufgehalten , da sich dort der Hauptausgang zum Garten befindet. Auch die Küche ist unten zweckmäßig ausreichend ausgestattet. Pluspunkt: Großer Kühlschrank mit genug Stauraum. Lediglich die Spülmaschinen befindet sich in der oberen Küche, was uns nicht gestört hat, da man Kleinigkeiten auch mit der Hand in der unteren Küche abspülen kann. Der Garten ist wundervoll. Durch die Lage des Hauses hat man keine direkten Nachbarn und man kann die Ruhe genießen. Ebenfalls stört es dadurch keinen, wenn die Kinder mal etwas lauter beim Toben sind. Dani hatte zudem einiges an Spielsachen für die Kinder da. Der Pool ist ein Traum und wurde mehr als ausgebig von uns benutz. Der Garten befindet sich auf der Sonnenseite und bescherte uns bis Spätnachmittag wunderbaren Sonnenschein. Den Essbereich, den Dani draußen eingerichtet hat, hat sie mit Vorhängen schön schattig gemacht, so dass man sich dort jeder Zeit angenehm aufhalten konnte. Genügend Liegen und auch Sonnenschirme sind ebefalls vorhanden. Eine Außendusche einstellbar auf kaltes oder warmes Wasser vorhanden. Die Waschmaschine und die vorhanden Wäscheständer erleichtern viel. In der Nähe des Hauses befindet sich direkt ein See, nach Split ist man auch schnell. Einkaufmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto 5 - 10 Minuten enfernt. Sinj hat da schon genug zu bieten. Zum Strand fährt man ca. 45 Minuten und auch das lohnt sich. Wir empfehlen da Ducè oder Punta Rata. Wir haben schon einige Ferienhäuser durch, aber Danis ist einfach ein Traum. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen, hoffentlich direkt nächstes Jahr. Danke für tolle zwei Wochen Dani.

Alles in allem Beschrieben war die Unterkunft in allen Punkten absolut perfekt. Die Kommunikation mit Branka war schnell und Hilfsbereit. Die Einweisung war entsprechend der Villa gerechtfertigt und super Hilfreich. Ich kann nur jeden einzelnen diese Unterkunft empfehlen, den man hat hier wirklich alles was man brauch und alles ist funktionstüchtig. Der Preis ist absolut gerechtfertigt wenn man andere Unterkünfte vergleicht was man hier geboten bekommt. Absolute 10/10 ⭐️ Ps: die Villa ist nicht so einfach zu finden, aber das ist kein Grund nervös zu werden. Schaut das ihr mit Google Maps arbeitet. Branka wird euch unterstützen und alle Informationen geben. Wir werden wieder kommen. 💪🏻🙏🏻
