Andrijana und Mario sind wundervolle Gastgeber. Mit Abstand die freundlichsten und herzlichsten Gastgeber, die ich je erlebt habe. Andrijana war jederzeit erreichbar, hat uns mit Tipps versorgt und mehrfach nachgefragt, ob wir etwas brauchen und alles in Ordnung ist. Die Unterkunft war perfekt für uns. Die Sauberkeit war 1A, die Ausstattung super. Genau wie auf den Bildern. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Eine absolute Empfehlung für Paare, Familien und Freunde. Strand ist fußläufig in ca. 15 Minuten erreichbar. 10 Minuten bis zur Bäckerei und Supermarkt. Was nicht ganz klar war ist, dass das zweite Badezimmer nicht im Haupthaus ist, sondern außerhalb neben dem Pool. Dies war aber überhaupt kein Problem, sondern eher super, wenn man den Tag am Pool verbringt.

Allem vorab. Es war toll. Fran (Franz) der Gastgeber hat uns an der Fähre abgeholt und zum Haus gebracht. Ein unglaublich netter und freundlicher Mensch. Er hat uns alles gezeigt und erklärt. Tischtennis, Badminton und Dart. Alles dabei. Bei dem Pool waren wir uns anhand der Beschreibung nicht sicher, ob es eine gemeinschaftliche Nutzung ist. Aber nein, neben unserem Haus, wunderschön gelegen, war der Pool nur für uns allein. Dieses Haus lädt zum draußen sitzen ein. Es ist herrlich abends auf der Terrasse zu sitzen, direkt am Meer und dem Sonnenuntergang zuzusehen. Tolle Lage. Dank Fran, hat uns sein Freund, der ein Restaurant auf der Insel gegenüber besitzt, ein paar mal mit dem Boot kostenlos abgeholt, zum Essen. Schönes Restaurant. Super Service. Wir können das alles nur empfehlen.

What a magnificant place. Small paradise. But, also very remote with partly a tough rocky road to get there. That’s also why Adrijan meets you at Tkon village and drives in front of you to the place (great service). Once you get there, it’s gorgious with astonishing views and a fantastic private swimming pool. For dinner and groceries you have to go back down to the village and take that same rocky road. Tkon village is very small and there is not a lot to do. But you can take the (car) ferry to Biograd, which is more lively. If you stay at this place, say hello to junior and senior cat for us ;-) Thanks Adrijan for a wonderful stay at your place!

la location correspond à la description. hôtes très accueillants. la piscine est un réel plus avec la chaleur. très bien situé pour visiter Zadar, Split, Krka et biograd et bien d autres .... supermarchés a moins de 5 minutes . logement climatisé. nous avons passé un excellent séjour. encore merci pour l hospitalité des hôtes et les antibiotiques qui nous ont bien dépanné. je recommande ce logement 👍👍👍👍

We had a lovely week in Zorica's home. Everything was in perfect condition and as described. Most of all communication with Zorica was always so easy and quick, any questions answered on the spot thanks. The camp is lovely and quite new. Everything needed is on site and all the staff are really friendly. We can only recommend Zorica's home for a lovely,quietholiday and hope to return in the future.

Lovely place, we enjoyed the indulgence of the hot tub after a day visiting villages and the national park. The luxury of sitting in the hot water in the evening overlooking the beautiful views. Our stay was peaceful and relaxed, our accommodation had everything we needed, was comfortable and clean.

A great apartment for 5 guests. We were given a welcome by the host's daughter who showed us everything we needed. Everything was clean, tidy and spacious. The outside seating and dining areas were perfect and the shared pool was the highlight (we were all sad to leave it behind!). If you have a car, as we did, the location is fine (7 or 8 minutes drive from the old town car parks) but it would have been a long walk without a car. Highly recommended!

What a find! Our flight was delayed 3 hours, so we didn’t arrive until 3.30am. Our host Marijana was up and waiting for us. We were made to feel so welcome. Toni also took us to the supermarket the next day. They really went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The apartment/villa was big and spotless. Perfect for 2 adults and 2 teenage boys. Lovely big shower. Towels provided for both shower and beach towels. We stayed on the ground floor - huge patio and a few steps to the pool which we had to ourselves most of the time. It is open from 9am to 10pm. Lovely and warm and the furniture around the pool was really comfortable. We didn’t hire a car. It is about 30 minutes walk into Zadar Centre but only 5 € in an Uber. We loved Zadar but the accommodation is what made the holiday so fantastic. You rarely find hosts as lovely as Mirjana and Toni. Always on hand and they even made us a lovely breakfast on our last day. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend

What a great apartment! Rodavan has been very helpful and advised us on some places to visit and eat. The apartment itself was beautiful and very clean! It’s only 7min drive to the airport and 10minutes away from Zadar old town so ideal for us. Lidl is only 5minute drive and we tried couple local restaurants that are within 15minute walk. We highly recommend and we hope to come back one day!

Hôte parfait. Très à l’écoute des besoins et très disponible. Il nous a beaucoup aidé et a été très rapide et efficace dans nos demandes. La maison est exceptionnelle avec jardin et piscine privative. La cuisine d’été et la grande table à manger avec tous les ustensiles étaient très apprécié. Un super séjour. Je le recommande sans hésitation. Exceptionnel!

Meine Familie und ich waren Ende September bei Marijana zu Gast. Die Unterkunft entsprach der Beschreibung und war mit dem Pool ein entspanntes Erlebnis. Unsere Gastgeberin war sehr herzlich, hilfsbereit und brachte uns sogar regelmäßig frisches Obst aus Ihrem Garten und half uns mit vielen tollen Tipps für die Umgebung. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist leider nicht wirklich zentral. In den umgebenen Dörfern gibt es zwar kleine Strände, jedoch sollte man bedenken ein Auto für die Erkundung zu haben, da es nahegelegen sehr ruhig ist und man etwas weiter raus fahren muss für mehr Aktion. Nichtsdestotrotz war es ein toller Aufenthalt und wir verabschieden uns dankbar von Vrana, Kroatien. ❤️

Really enjoyed our week in Zadar and the apartment was ideal. Walkable location to the old town and with plenty of local restaurants and seaside walks. Fabulous pool and outdoor kitchen. Highly recommended.

Matea’s apartment has incredible view of the sea, very clean, shower is amazing & kitchen is fully stocked. Matea is such a lovely person, enjoyed meeting her & she was quick to respond to any inquiry. I couldn’t figure out how to work the washer and she offered immediately to come assist. The area is beautiful and just a few mins drive down the hill to waterfront restaurants & shops. Would love to return here next time I’m in Croatia.

My family and I had a great time here! We were 6 adults and two small kids. The play area was great for the kids and there was also a nice sitting area outside for the adults. Everything was spotless and nicely decorated. It showed that the owners put much effort into making the house feel welcoming and cozy. The kitchen was big enough and we had everything we needed. The owners were very friendly and quick to respond. I would 100% recommend this vacation house for families with kids.

Die Unterkunft sah fast genau so wie sie auf den Bildern gezeigt wurde. Das obere Bad wurde allerdings erneuert und sah somit anders aus, aber sehr gut! Es war alles super ordentlich und sauber. Die Küche hatte wirklich alles, was man brauchte. Die Größe war super für 4 Personen. Die airbnb‘lerin war mega lieb und hat sich vor unserer Abfahrt noch einmal erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung war. Alles in allem ein super Aufenthalt.

Es war alles super, wie beschrieben. Sehr nette Gastgeber sehr nett und hilfsbereit, würde wieder hingehen und würde es weiterempfehlen. Ein schöner Urlaub einfach top der Pool war das Highlight. Vielen lieben Dank für die tolle Zeit!!!

We had an amazing time here! The place was very clean, the rooms were cozy and every room had a private bathroom, which was great. In general, the place was even better than in the pictures. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary equipment, which is important for longer stays. We also enjoyed the outside area with a grill, nice green space and a quite big, clean pool. The pool is also exposed to the sun, so the water always had a great temperature. The accommodation is within 5min walking distance to the beach, and in general the area is quite nice.

Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit in Biograd. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Haus und mit den Vermieter. Das Haus ist groß genug für 6 Personen und der Pool ist auch sehr gut. Der Strand ist einfach zu Fuß erreichbar, sehr gutes Restaurant direkt um die Ecke und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß sehr gut erreichbar. Rundherum sehr gelungen. Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ich war absolut begeistert von unserem Aufenthalt! Das Haus ist einfach wunderschön und unglaublich sauber – man hätte wirklich vom Boden essen können, so ordentlich war alles. Die Einrichtung ist mit sehr viel Stil und Liebe zum Detail gestaltet, man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Auch die Gastgeber waren mehr als freundlich – die Kommunikation vor und während unseres Aufenthalts war hervorragend. Es gab wirklich nichts, worüber man sich beschweren könnte. Wir waren im April dort und konnten den Pool leider noch nicht nutzen, aber wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder, wenn es wärmer ist. Vielen Dank für diese tolle Unterkunft!

We had a really nice stay! The host was most welcome and accommodating, our flight came in late and was no problem to check in at a later time. The pictures doesnt give the accommodation justice it was much better irl! The area was really nice aswell with walking distance to everything, nice restaurants and placeses to buy drinks and food.
