We had a great week at the town of Betina. The house is directly located in the old town, only some minutes to the old port - with restaurants, cafes, bakery in shop. The appartment is directly at the sea - you can look at the ships from your living room sofa. The space between house and sea is very private and not used by anyone else. We always sat there until sunset. If you look for a quiet and private accomodation, only some minutes to the center (or to the car - if you need it), with perfect and newly renovated appartment, funishing and kitchen, that´s it! Thank you Jere - and your Mum who makes the appartment shine!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und fühlen uns immernoch erholt. Als wir ankamen, waren bereits gekühlte Getränke im Kühlschrank, so dass wir uns gleich erfrischen konnten. Das Appartment ist schön, sauber und modern. Alles funktioniert einwandfrei und ist am richtigen Platz. Es ist nahe zum Strand gelegen, wenige Schritte zu Fuß - wie in der Beschreibung. Vlatka war bei Fragen gut erreichbar, hilfsbereit und hat uns auch Sachen für den Strand (Stühle, Hängematte, SUP) zur Verfügung gestellt.

Ein Glückstreffer! Wer die Einfachheit, die zirpende Stille abseits von touristischen Animationen und Verkehrslärm und die raue Natur nicht scheut, gerne von einem kleinen Traktor samt Gepäck von der Fähre zu seinem Apartment (und in aller Hergottsfrühe retour!) gebracht wird und dann den Rest seiner Ferien entweder schwimmend oder laufend unterwegs sein möchte oder einfach meeresaussichtbestaunend auf dem Balkon sitzt, der ist hier richtig. Die Autofreiheit der Insel entstresst zudem auch das Dasein mit Kind. Alles Weitere wurde schon in den bisherigen Bewertungen erwähnt. Danke Matilda!

Cozy apartment with a wonderful view of the sea. Friendly owners. Well situated, only a few meters from the Very nice and quiet neighboorhood, which was exactly what we were looking for :)

Velmi prostorný a čistý apartmán hned u moře. Dvě koupelny jsou ideální. Na pláži k dispozici lehátka. Velmi klidné prostředí. V noci ticho. 10 min. pěšky do centra města.

Silvija apartment is very well located with a great sea view, easy access to the sea and close to great locations such as the Kornati and Zadar islands, as well as other “must see” sites. The area is calm. Walking distance to a great family owned restaurant. Easy to get to the center of Murter for shopping and especially fresh fish. Silvija let us use her barbecue to grill our fish. It was great. The apartment is equipped with good bedding and air conditioning. Fine bed linen and towels. Private parking next to the house. Very recommendable. Silvija and her sister were very helpful. They purchased some essential groceries for us that was at the apartment upon our arrival as our first day was a national holiday and all shops closed.

Der Aufenthalt in dem liebevoll eingerichteten Fischerhaus war wundervoll. Einfach, aber völlig ausreichend. Mehr als genügend Handtücher, Dusch-und Strandtücher, Toilettenpapier, Geschirrtücher, Mülltüten etc waren vorhanden. Bettwäsche Wechsel und abholservice des Mülls hat uns Vesna immer wieder angeboten . Sehr aufmerksam!! Die einzigartige Lage zwischen den alten Olivenbäumen, 10 Schritte vom privaten Badesteg entfernt, ist perfekt um Ruhe und Erholung zu finden. Die Outdoor-Küche und Solardusche im Garten haben wir sehr genossen. Es sind wirklich nur Kleinigkeiten zu bemängeln.. Eine vierte Sonnenliege wäre schön gewesen, Ventilatoren in den Schlafzimmern , und die Info, dass es wirklich sehr sehr viele Seeigel gibt. Die Anfahrt zum Haus war für uns ein bisschen abenteuerlich, aber machbar. Die Aussicht ist einfach atemberaubend. Alles in allem war es ein wunderschöner Urlaub mit unseren Mädels 13+10. ohne w-lan geht es auch mal 12 Tage !

Esperienza ottima. Eravamo tre persone e due cani. Abbiamo soggiornato qui una settimana e avevamo noleggiato una piccola barca a Butina con cui abbiamo girato il parco della Kornati.Bartol ci è venuto a prendere al porto di morter dove ha caricato noi, le nostre valige e trainato la nostra barca fino alla casa. È bene portare tutti i viveri e acqua che si pensa consumare poiché non ci sono market nelle vicinanze. Il ristorante più vicino per un pranzo fuori era la konoba statival e si raggiunge in una mezz’oretta con mare calmo. Pescando pesci e ricci di mare abbiamo sempre mangiato pesce fresco cucinato sul bbq. C’è anche un amichevole gruppetto di gatti che abbiamo sfamato con teste di pesce e crocchette. Nei pressi della casa l’acqua è bellissima, perciò anche se non poteste spostarvi avrete soddisfazione nel godervi quella zona. L’isola di Zut non è quasi percorribile perché non ci sono sentieri tracciati. Abbiamo anche avuto la fortuna di vedere e delfini. Grazie bartol!!!

We booked the house for family to stay all together for our wedding and it was just perfect! Plenty of large living area spaces for people to come together or find a quiet space on their own. Everything was close and convenient. Ivan was a great host! He helped us find a wedding photographer and organised a high chair for our baby. The only minor drawback was only having one shower for 10 people but everyone was in holiday mode and not wanting to take showers at the same time so it wasn’t a problem at all. There were still three separate bathrooms/toilets. I would highly recommend this property for a big family holiday and would definitely book again if we decide to get our Australian and Croatian families together again. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten die Zeit in vollen Zügen genießen. Die Gastgeber reagierten schnell auf unsere Anfragen. Die Kommunikation verlief sehr angenehm. Das Haus selbst hatte einen modernen und persönlichen Charme – es war super ausgestattet, sauber und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Der Self-Check-in/out war ebenfalls sehr einfach. Ein Highlight war die große Terrasse. Sie war schön und modern gestaltet und bot genügend Platz für unsere Gruppe von 6 Personen. Auch der Grill auf der Terrasse war super. Die Nähe zum Wasser war unschlagbar! In weniger als einer Minute ist man am Strand. Für die alltäglichen Erledigungen (z. B. Einkäufe) ist ein Auto jedoch empfehlenswert. Zusammenfassend können wir sagen, dass wir eine wundervolle Zeit im Ahoi Haus hatten. Alles war sauber, bestens ausgestattet und liebevoll gestaltet. Die Gastgeber haben an alles gedacht, um unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich zu machen. Wir sind mehr als zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder!

lovely place... the house is perfect and site is gorgeous... we had a wonderful holidays. it takes 3 hours to go by boat from the coast (zadar).Ante can arrange the transfer (see détails section for the additionnal cost). we drank the rainwater from the tab (and add some micropure to be sure at first but after we even drank it without micropure and it was perfectly drinkable. kitchen is convenient. bathroom small but at 6 it was enough because not need to stay long. the small boat is convenient to go and visit others places. we recommand this place !

We had a very wonderful time. If there would be an outdoor shower and some pool ladder or stairs to get into the water it would really be 100% perfect. The restaurant next door is just great, nice, competent staff and great food for very reasonable prices. Would book again.

I have to say this is paradise. Sime was extremely nice. He built a a real home with amazing care and great taste. We felt grateful to be there every minute. Our stay was perfect, peaceful, we loved the house and the nature. Sime’s house is way more than a holiday home. We will return for sure.

Very nice appartment in a beautiful Amadria Sibenik resort. We enjoy its perfect location, right on the beach, and sea view from the balcony. Hosts were very responsive and gave clear instructions. Bathroom and kitchen were renovated recently. We missed only sun shade on the balcony which is shown on the cover picture. Sun umbrella is present, but not that usefull due to its size and wind. We wish we had, for a 4 member family, extra wardrobe too. Private parking is available, however outside the resort.

This place is truly amazing—recently renovated with stylish furniture throughout and a fully equipped kitchen that has everything you need. It’s in a perfect location too, just a 5-minute walk to the city center and only 2 minutes from a supermarket. Super convenient and comfortable!

A beautiful, restful place to stay in Zadar. Close to all amenities and great restaurants. Very easy to get around. The apartment is immaculate. The bed was nicely firm, fluffy towels, everything you may need was there. The hosts really stood for us. Lovely couple, who enjoy what they do.

The accommodation was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated, providing a cozy and comfortable retreat throughout our stay. josaphine and franka both went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and their prompt communication made the entire experience seamless.

Het was een heel mooi apartement, met alles wat je nodig hebt. Heel goed te bereiken met de auto en met een prachtig uitzicht. Je hoeft maar 100 meter te lopen voor een heerlijk strandje. Communicatie met Petra verliep ook heel goed. Het enige minpuntje is dat er geen rolluik is waardoor je sochtends heel vroeg wakker wordt. Verder echt een top ruimte dus bedankt Petra!

Super studio en plein centre de Šibenik, très joli, bien décoré et belle vue sur le port depuis le balcon. Nous avons été ravi de séjourner chez Katarina

To miejsce jest dokładnie tym czego szukasz jadąc do Chorwacji. Blisko plaża, piekarnia, restauracja, jednocześnie brak miejskiego zgiełku. Pani gospodarz jest bardzo miła, pomocna i łatwo się z nią porozumieć. Apartamenty na wysokim poziomie, sprawiają jeszcze lepsze wrażenie na żywo niż na zdjęciach. Myślę, że wrócę w najbliższych latach!

Pobyt w apartamencie u Kristina w Bibinje był wspaniały. Dom położony przy samej plaży. Kontakt z Kristina rewelacyjny i natychmiastowy. Byliśmy tam z żona tydzień i było super. Sklepy niedaleko, bary i restauracje. Plaża czysta. Bezproblemowe zakwaterowanie i zameldowanie. Apartament bardzo czysty. Było wszystko co potrzebne a nawet więcej. Świetna niespodzianka od gospodarza Kristina to przepyszne praliny i nalewka, które czekały na nas w apartamencie jak przybyliśmy. Na pewno tu wrócimy!
