Vila sadrži 4 sobe i 2 kupaonice .Kuhinja i dnevni boravak su kompletno moderno opremljeni te imaju pogled na prekrasni Pašmanski kanal. Vila se ima prekrasne terase kojih najveća ima 50 m2 s roštiljem i ležaljkama i plažom koja je ispred same vile. Lokacija vile je idealna, svega par minuta udaljena od centra mjesta Tkon gdje se nalaze restorani, tržnica, konobe sa ponudom domaće hrane i vina. Das neu renovierte Apartment befindet sich in einer privaten Siedlung in einem verkehrsberuhigtem Bereich. Es ist 140m vom Strand entfernt und beinhaltet einen eigenen Parkplatz. Eine geräumige Terrasse mit Grillgelegenheit, ergänzt das klimatisierte Apartment. Bei schlechtem Wetter, können Sie auf unsere Streaming-Dienste zurückgreifen oder einen unserer Geheimtipps für Aktivitäten in der Umgebung in Angriff nehmen. Das Stadtzentrum von Biograd ist mit einem Spaziergang schnell erreichbar.

Apartman se sastoji od dvije spavaće sobe, kupaonice, te kuhinje s blagavaonicom koja ima veliki balkon s pogledom na more. Apartman ima 60m2. U sklopu objekta je terasa za sunčanje, s koje se izlazi na plažu. Apartman je savršen za odmor obitelji s djecom. Nalazimo se u mjestu Tkonu, na otoku Pašmanu, s kopnom je povezan trajektnim linijama s vožnjom od 15 minuta. Tkon ima tržnicu, trgovine, restorane, liječnika i ljekarnu. Ispred kuće u moru, na bovu možete privezati čamac do 6 metara.

Villa Kovaceva is the perfect house for a dream vacation. The house is located on the southern side of the island Pasman with a wonderful view of the National Park Kornati. The value of the house is given by its exceptional position with the beach and safe port for your boat(up to 10 m). The house is a 110 square meters with two bedrooms and a bathroom on the upper floor and a bedroom,living room,kitchen and bathroom on the lower floor. There is also a private parking for several cars.

Apartman se nalazi na prvom katu kuće pored mora, u ribarskom mjestu Tkonu, na otoku Pašmanu. S kopnom je povezan trajektnim linijama koje vam omogućuju posjet obližnjim nacionalnim parkovima. Tkon ima tržnicu, trgovine, market Tommy, kafiće, restorane, igrališta za djecu, liječnika i ljekarnu. Na plaži nema gužve, a za još ugodniji boravak na plaži, na raspolaganju su vam i ležaljke, prostirke za ležaljke i ručnici za plažu. Ispred kuće, u moru možete privezati i manji brod.
