We had a fantastic stay! The place was perfect for our group of family and friends, with plenty of space and all the amenities we needed. Even though our check-in was a bit last-minute, the host was incredibly accommodating and made the process smooth. We did have a small issue with one item, but the host handled it with such politeness and consideration that it was resolved quickly. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

I’m so glad I chose Ms. Sheila’s place! From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The space was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared. Every corner had a calming touch, and it was clear that a lot of care went into making the place welcoming. After a long and tiring day from our event, my family and I were able to fully relax and enjoy some quiet time together. Ms. Sheila was also a great host — responsive, kind, and accommodating. The host was very responsive! Instructions were very clear. Smooth checkin and checkout. We definitely enjoyed our stay. The place is very clean and smelled good. It’s right next to SM Uptown so we were able to take walks around Pueblo in the morning. Unfortunately we were not able to use the pool, it was very nice and had an incredible view tho. Guards were very helpful as well. The best part is having free parking! Would definitely choose to stay here again! 🌸

this place is well located near the mall, and 711 and some restos just across the street. Lance's place is homey, bed and pillows soft and fresh, bathroom and kitchen clean, room is well lighted with free wifi and Netflix

Our 10 days stay in this province was remarkable. Tried Ms Ara’s listings from her condo unit in the downtown area and this beautiful lovely home in the province, from the city you must travel 30 mins to arrive this lovely home. The home was incredibly beautiful and unique, uphill that has infinity swimming pool, that our kids loved it so much and had so much fun. The breathtaking ocean view and sunset is a plus. So stunning and even more relaxing to experience right at the balcony and in the patio area. My family enjoyed our stay so much and Ms Ara is so responsive and caretaker Koko is so helpful during our entire stay. The home is spotless clean, and I loved the home fragrance. The linens are clean and bed so soft and comfortable. Everything is extremely perfect. Thank you Ms Ara for letting us stay. Will recommend your listings to our friends whose coming Northern Mindanao. 100/10 🤙🏻

It was our second stay. Eda was there early cause she allowed us to check in early. I flew in early that morning and asked if I can check in early so I can crash and sleep. Hotels and most AirBnB’s will not let you do check in early. Eda did that for me and it was a game changer. Thank you so much Eda. When I talk to Eda, it’s as if I’ve already known her for a long time. She’s very kind and genuine. I booked the place for two nights but life happens and we had to leave early and stayed only for one night. I didn’t ask for a refund since I know it was on me. Eda was very understanding and I hope it was okay that we left some items in the fridge since we didn’t want to throw them out. I would recommend the place. It’s conveniently located near SM which is also close the hub place. I would stay at Edna’s place again in the future.

My friends and I booked this place for 2 nights so we could all spend some time together and catch up with another friend from out of town. We were all extremely pleased and pleasantly surprised at the size of the space and were more than satisfied with how much it cost. This listing was affordable and we were all happy with the general vibe of the room. The building itself was very quiet and despite the fact that we were noisy, our voices could barely be heard outside our door. Overall one of the best staycations I’ve had, will definitely be booking some of her other listings sometime in the future

Aldrin and Rowena have been very helpful and the place is very convenient as it just opposite limketkai. Aircon and internet is good. Drinking water is also provided. Security on this condo is good too. Definitely we will recommend this place. Superb view of the whole city and mountain view on the balcony.

Sheila's place is very welcoming and cozy. we had everything we needed there, kitchenware, toiletries, slippers for inside and even a big water fountain which was a very nice addition. Netflix is also available for whoever stays longer and has the time to watch a couple of movies. Good bed, 24th floor so also an amazing view! Great neighborhood as well, close to many shops and supermarket. I certainly recommend to stay here.

Super nice staycation experience in Cagayan de Oro. The guards are friendly. It has a lovely living room and a cute balcony to relax while sipping your hot cup of coffee. We were able to work while traveling because of their comfy place. It has a stable connection and we were able to work smoothly. We'll surely go back here.

The room was big, very clean, and had everything we needed. All the amenities worked well. I was also happy to see a complete sanitary kit since I always forget to bring one.
