House was meticulously kept, host was communicative & friendly & the location was ideal

Loved staying in this beautiful older house in a classic neighborhood. The flat was very comfortable; it was charming and an easy 15-20 minute walk from restaurants, Duke campus, and shops. The host responded promptly when a question did come up. Hoping to stay there again on our next visit to Durham.

Enjoyed our stay and great value for chapel hill area.

This was our second stay at Allen’s place, and it was just as wonderful as we remembered. Allen is a thoughtful and responsive host, which made everything easy from start to finish. For us, the location is perfect. It is close to the airport and shopping centers, yet still nice and quiet. The space was clean, comfortable, and truly felt like a home away from home. We are so glad we found this spot and hope to stay here again in the future.

Staying at Emily's place was wonderful! The place was clean and the house was nice. Emily was very kind and responded to all of my questions. Location was also very convenient to many stores and restaurants. My grandparents and I enjoyed our stay!

This rental was exactly as described in the pictures and description. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a weekend stay. The neighborhood was nice and felt very safe. The host provided detailed instructions for checking in and checking out, and everything worked well for us. We would definitely stay here again.

We were three sets of couples came to NC for one of our best friends son memorial service. Our stay was wonderful. Samuel home made us feel right at home.Bedding was super clean and very comfortable. Made such a big difference to me. Kitchen was great with nice dishes. Pantry was stock with lots of basic items and ingredients. Towels were nice and clean. There’s nothing we could have asked to enjoy our stay. As much as we were so sad after the memorial service, once we arrived at Samuel residence it felt right us feel right at home. Samuel thank you so very much for sharing your beautiful home with us.

I’ve stayed here several times and it’s always a great experience. The place is super clean. The kitchen is well stocked, making it easy to cook meals, and the location is perfect—close to major highways and in a safe area, so I felt comfortable taking walks around the neighborhood. Susan and Rob are amazing hosts—they’re always quick to respond if I have any questions, and they make sure you have everything you need for a smooth stay. One of my favorite places to stay. Highly recommend!

Ash was so lovely!!! The room was gorgeous, and I have truly never felt safer and more comfortable in a space. She was so kind and extremely helpful. The next time I come to Durham, I would absolutely choose to stay here again! :)

Rachel is the perfect hostess, extremely friendly and helpful . Her home throughout is immaculately clean, bedroom was very spacious , very nicely done and had a very comfortable mattress . Easy parking infront of the house. Quiet neighborhood. Rachel was always very quick to respond to any texts .

I stayed at AJ’s for over three months. His house looked just like in the pictures. The room was better than the advert said, it was clean, smelled good, the room has a balcony that is amazing for morning coffees and evening reading while listening to the birds sing. The houses next door are family friendly, meaning no parties, no loud noises, all very quiet and nice. AJ puts a lot of effort in keeping and maintaining the house at its best, too bad some folks don’t seem to appreciate that and disrespect the house altogether. Next time I’m in town I’ll make sure to look up for his place again. Thanks AJ, it was a pleasure staying at your house and meeting you.

We stayed at this unit to complete a tour of UNC and surrounding area. Dale provided very clear and proactive information about the unit and area. The unit is very close to the campus and resturants in town. Unit was very clean, plenty of space and quiet. Was an excellent match for our trip. Would book again if visiting the area.

I’ve stayed at Dale’s home multiple times, and it’s always a great experience. The home is very nice, well-maintained, and conveniently close to the UNC campus. Dale is extremely kind and accommodating, making every stay smooth and enjoyable. I would always recommend his place to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay!

Beautiful two-story townhouse by pond with walking path in a peaceful setting. Plenty of room for all of us to spread out and feel at home and comfy space to hang out in together. Would definitely return!

Very close to a lot of decent coffee shops, bars and restaurants. Walking to market on Saturday in central park was nice. Was noisy in the evening and into the night. Not too late though. Ear plugs were on the bedside tables so perhaps a regular occurrence. Big kitchen with a lot of empty cupboards, but had basics.

I came to Durham for a work trip and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. From the moment I booked, the host was incredibly kind and helpful — quick to respond, super thoughtful, and genuinely made me feel welcome. She checked in after I arrived just to make sure everything was going smoothly, which I really appreciated. The home itself is beautiful — modern, clean, and designed with a great sense of style. It has a peaceful vibe that made it easy to relax after long days. The bed was seriously comfortable. One of the highlights for me was the separate office space and fast wifi — as someone working remotely, having a quiet, dedicated area to focus was a game changer. After hours, the living space was cozy and perfect for unwinding. The location is great too — just minutes from downtown but tucked in a quiet and safe neighborhood. All in all, it felt more like staying at a friend’s place than just another Airbnb. Highly recommend it to anyone it to anyone coming to Durham!

Our family of 3 had a great stay at Kelly's place. We were in town for a long weekend and we felt right at home. Everything was extremely clean and comfortable. Kelly was flexible with our check-in so our 1 year old daughter could take her afternoon nap (Kelly also supplied a pack-n-play for us). We were less than 15 minutes from all the best UNC landmarks on campus and great restaurants. We would definitely recommend Kelly's place and would stay here again in the future.

I rented this for my family to have a place close to my own home, and Alex's place was very clean, had a well-stocked kitchen, and even had a goodie box for a welcoming feeling. The beds were all in good shape. Note, there is no main floor bedroom, it is just a flex space/office. The place was easy to find, there was good parking, and the deck was mostly private and quiet. We did not get a chance to try pickleball or use the pool. Alex was super responsive and helpful! This is a good stay if you want something spacious and close to the airport.

One of the things I enjoyed most from staying here was, they had stocked plates, cups, utensils, pots, pans, and garbage bags! I’ve stayed at places where we need to buy everything and this was definitely a plus. Also, they have a spice cabinet! Salt, pepper, sugar, oil to cook with all off your list! They were very attentive and took care of my boys fear with wasp! I would definitely stay there again!
