We had 17 teens and six adults on a church teen retreat. Great accommodations with plenty of beds for all of us. Nice large kitchen to cook for everyone. Huge refrigerator to hold all the food. Nice large living room for us to all meet in and hang out. The kids loved the pool table. We all enjoyed our stay very much.

We so enjoyed Fairlee and all Olivia’s house had to offer. Access to the lake and the views were wonderful. Kayaks and the fire pit were so perfect for all in our group. House was clean and comfortable. Beds were super comfortable and everyone slept soundly. The only noise we heard was from the loons ♥️ Olivia was the most gracious host. Such a warm greeting, helpful instructions, and thoughtful details and amenities were so appreciated. Everyone wished we had the house for the whole month! Or as our permanent residence!

The picture doesn't do the house justice. It seems to be an old farmhouse carefully renovated with additional of a super large room in the back with all windows, large farmhouse style table and chairs and 3-sided couch with big screen. Perfect. The location is so easy for snowshoeing, x cntry skiing across the street, ice skating on lake in 5 min walk and close to hi way and downhill ski areas. Thank you.

Our family had an amazing time. The yard was perfect for us. Kids loved the bikes and yard games. We really enjoyed the riverfront access and loved spending time out on the boats. Sunset while having a campfire was So beautiful. Inside was equally amazing. The house was fully stocked with everything we could need. There was more than enough space for us to spread out. We mostly cooked and stayed at the house and loved the open concept and big table. Can’t say enough, we are grateful for our time!!

Incredible property with a view of a field and mountains in the distance. We stayed during the Fall and it couldn't be beat. Close enough to towns like Woodstock (30 mins) and even Stowe (1.5 hours) to have options for activities. Host is wonderful! House warms up nicely. One thing though is that you might want to try to avoid arriving at night as it is quite rural and navigating the driveway at night is a little tricky. Four wheel drive is advisable too in case of rain or frost. Also, just fyi, the fireplaces are closed.

Grace was an excellent host. The home was very nice and comfortable for our large party. Would definitely stay there again!

Absolutely beautiful, quiet, restful, and plenty big enough to serve meals, play games, visit, barbecue, and just relax. Front snap leash for your dog so they can just lay in the front yard and watch everything. Comfortable chairs and even great fishing right on the dock. Canoe with lifejackets is also available. Nice large charcoal grill- easily cooked large family meals. Tons of outdoor seating. Full lake view even when doing the dishes in the kitchen. The upstairs master bedroom balcony with small table and chairs is honestly the best of all! Thank you Ted!

Beautiful place! My extended family enjoyed a wonderful weekend here for Dartmouth Graduation. The lake access was unbelievable, so lovely! Clear instructions and everything went perfect! Can’t compliment John enough on his wonderful place!

This is a fabulous small cottage with a spectacular front porch view of Lake Morey, just 10 yards away. It has all the conveniences, is very clean and modern. Particularly valuable is having access to all the benefits of the Lake Morey Resort, which the cottage is attached to. That includes free canoes, kayaks, paddle boards, tennis courts and rackets, bikes, pool and work out room. It is a little pricey up front, but all those assets make it worth the expense. And the lake is so wonderful to spend time in and on!

Olivia's cabin is a wonderful cottage, perfect for two, or even two with kids. The cabin has wonderful views of the lake and the turning of the fall foliage. This was a warm, cozy cabin with a well equipped kitchen, comfortable living area, and warm bedroom.
