My apartment is spacious -140 sq.meters-and bright in an historical palace in the very center of Venice. There is a large double bedroom with its own bathroom , another smaller double bedroom and a single bedroom with a second bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a table where you can have breakfast or meals. In the wide living room there is a table for 6 and 2 large sofas. From here you have access to a nice terrace with table and chairs where you can relax after sightseeing!!!

Recently restored portion of villa sorrounded by a delicious garden, 10 minutes from Venice and really close to Mestre Railway station and bus stop. Located in the residential area of Marghera called "città giardino". Families with children and small pets are always welcome! We speak English, German and Spanish. Internal car parking available. Spazioso e luminoso ed arieggiato appartamento al secondo piano di un antico palazzo veneziano, le scale sono comode da fare. Si accede attraverso un giardino privato. Tutte le stanze ed il terrazzo sono molto ampie e spaziose. La strada è l’appartamento sono molto silenziosi, nonostante si trovino in una zona molto centrale. I soffitti sono ornati di stucchi veneziani, camera da pranzo e salotto sono separati da un arco decorato, e hanno le finestre sul giardino lontano da altre case.
