Our stay at Coquina Castle was wonderful! The ocean views were breathtaking! Sunrises were beautiful! Our host Erica was so gracious and accommodating. The home had everything we could possibly need with plenty of space for all of us. We enjoyed St Augustine, Palm Coast, fishing, spring training baseball and so many other things the area has to offer. I would highly recommend this Airbnb and we will stay here again when we are in the Palm Coast area. Thank you Erica! You’re a wonderful host!

Great house worked well for our family of 10. Loved being able to walk out door and be on the beach. Mornings on the porch watching sunrise were beautiful. Grandsons loved game room. Host was very friendly and replied quickly to any questions.

Our family had a memorable stay at this beautiful property. We walked less than 10 minutes south to dinner at the Golden Lion, an afternoon ice cream at Sally's, and Easter Sunrise Service at the park. We walked a little further north to an amazing brunch at Java Joint, but we mostly soaked up the incredible view. The furniture, even on the patio, is all designed for comfort. Couch has dual electric recliners built in, the beds are all pillow top, and the lounge chairs on the sun deck are delightful for catching rays or a nap! Extraordinary kitchen is fully stocked and is loaded with prep space. This property is posh in every sense, but the thoughtful touches really set this rental apart from others. Lovely soaps, quality linens, plush towels, beach towels and chairs, substantial outdoor grill, a high top table oceanside porch to ensure views, back porch with large ceiling fans for reading a book or a private conversation, and my twenty somethings raved about the gaming system, raved!

Cecilia’s place is a beautiful home that answers every ask you could come up with both inside and out. From the garage to the third floor every amenity anyone could want is available and ready. The ocean views put you at the top of the Flagler beach ocean skyline and leave everyone staring as they pass by while you’re enjoying being at home on your private balcony.

Walking into the main living space was breathtaking. So many places to sit outside and enjoy the view. The outdoor shower was a bonus, especially for my toddler grandson who loved getting sandy. We made so many wonderful memories. Building sandcastles, smashing sandcastles; jumping waves, being knocked down by bigger ones; takeaway tacos, birthday cupcakes; sunrises on the stairs with a favorite aunt, cuddling a grandmother on the back porch for sunsets. Making memories with families who are too far away, we drove south halfway, they drove north halfway. The perfect spring break for my grandchildren - and their parents and grandparents. A fantastic location on Flagler Beach! Salt water pool on property. Cross the street and you have the Atlantic Ocean. This home was exactly as advertised. Host was very responsive. My family had a wonderful time here and we have decided we will come back to this home for future vacations. Several restaurants within walking distance and grocery stores just a bit further away. What a wonderful place to relax! Highly recommend this home! Enjoy!

We really enjoyed staying at Dee’s place for Christmas that we are already discussing coming back for the summer! We didn’t think exactly how we were going to pull off a Christmas tree for Santa to bring presents to our 4yr old, but Dee informed us that they had an artificial tree with ornaments in the garage!! It was extremely easy to put up and take down. This house is in a great location, close enough for early fishing charters out of St. Augustine. Also surrounded by a good selection of golf courses to choose from. The house was very clean! We had zero issues during our stay. The pool was well heated and was able to keep up even with the very cold temperatures we had. The hot tub was very clean. We didn’t get to enjoy the pier and pond as much as we wanted due to the weather but any chance we did get out there was very enjoyable.

My family and friends really enjoyed our stay at the beach house. The home had a great layout and really nice outside pool and entertaining area. The beach was only a short walk away. The location of the home is perfect. Downtown St. Augustine was only a 15 min drive so you get a great historic city and beach all in one vacation.

Great place for a family to get together and share a few days with their kids and grandkids!

The house was perfect for our family. Had a great size pool, lots of extras outside and inside. It was the perfect place to relax and a quick walk to the beach. I would recommend a wagon or stroller if you have smaller kids to get to and from the beach. We really enjoyed our time here.

We absolutely loved our stay! My family and I truly enjoyed this home from the moment we arrived. It’s in an amazing location, quiet, safe, and close to everything we needed (the beach as well). The house is super comfortable, spacious, and cozy, with everything you could possibly need to feel at home. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made it easy to cook and enjoy meals together. We would 100% come back!! 😍

We felt right at home in Matt's place. The house was big and spacious, we absolutely loved the pool on the back porch. Was a perfect setting to grill dinner and enjoy the pool, was very hot outside but the back porch was very shaded and comfortable you could feel the ocean breeze., just perfect!! The ocean access was very close walking distance. The garage was also stocked with all you need for a day at the beach. Coolers, umbrellas, chairs, even beach toys for the kids. The kitchen was also stocked with everything you need to cook a meal for your family. The snacks and bottle of wine that was left for us by Matt was a great surprise and treat after a 6 hour drive. Plenty of restaurants within good driving distance. Plus a circle K at the top of the road. Matt was very responsive to my messages. We would definitely stay at Matt's again in the future. This is a beautiful home and we enjoyed the refreshment and space it provided. We appreciated the ease of getting in and out of the home and storing our things we brought in the large walk in closet area. The unique sitting spots by the window every morning was wonderful. I had a creative art spot in the small desk room upstairs with the very bright window. Loved visiting Debra Jeans coffee spot almost daily! We took in a few early morning sunrises at the nearby beach. We also had a few ping pong matches with our family in the nice lighted and very clean garage. This is a special place to enjoy!

This house was a perfect location close/walkable to the beach. The house had a nice wide layout so rooms were quiet with multiple guests. Please ensure you read the detailed description of what towels are available as we did meet the maximum occupancy capacity and there were not any extra towels available for use. There were extra beach towels. Host was very quick to respond with any issues, such as figuring out how to turn on the hot tub. I would recommend this house to individuals looking traveling with larger parties. The garage was well equipped with pool toys, sand beach toys, chairs, umbrella, and cooler.

Thankyou for a wonderful trip. You were a host that we will remember for a long timw. Your place was perfect for our trip. More spacious than it looks. But most of all, you were the kindest, most proactive host we've ever had. And check-in was a breeze and so well explained. And for ONCE the check out instructions were WONDERFUL. So simple and didn't seem like so many rules and things to do lol. Sounds silly, but it was so nice. The quick walk across to the beach was just wonderful! I feel like we should know you! You were just that friendly! ❤️❤️

Our family of 8 stayed 4 nights during my niece’s wedding weekend. The house is spacious and met the needs of my parents and my adult sons & their wives. The house is a short block from the beach with direct access onto the sand. It is close to great restaurants. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Sherri was very communicative with quick responses. We will definitely be back!

The whole family enjoyed our stay. Great location, loved walking to the beach to catch the sunrise at Bay Park, and to Bings Landing for a beautiful sunset. The house was very comfortable.

Everything about this stay was great! The location is awesome and we loved that there were so many extra things available for us, like the golf cart and all the beach equipment.

This is the 2nd time at Franks place. Great place awesome location can walk to the beach. Neighborhood and neighbors are very nice. Just a nice safe neighborhood
