Really great time! We brought our dogs for the spring break weekend. Super close to the strip of restaurants on the beach. Was a little pricey? But it’s spring break so I understand. Would definitely stay again in the future. There were guests upstairs, you can hear them walk around so that was the only complaint. They had a party one of the nights so it was pretty loud , but again, it’s spring break in Florida. Totally understandable. We spent most of our time out and about, so we didn’t mind too much. Love the New Smyrna area ✌🏼

We loved everything about our stay! We were traveling with two young kids, and the house had everything we needed and more. Really appreciated the wagon and all the beach toys and extra towels, and how easy it was to walk to the beach. Julie was so responsive to questions, and you can just tell she cares about the comfort of her guests. When we come back to Crescent Beach, we will definitely stay here again!

Yomar was so accommodating and made our stay wonderful! The house was spotless and had everything you could need. I would absolutely stay here again.

We stayed at Ricardo’s for a month. The place was wonderful. The neighborhood was quiet. We saw plenty of wildlife even though we were in a neighborhood. Ricardo was always responsive. It is located close to st. Augustine and Daytona beach. We spent some time at Flagler beach which is really close. We will stay here again!

Chris had a fantastic response time and was overall a pleasure to work with. The house was fairly difficult to find but that didn’t take away from the place. Great experience all together.

Great place to stay. Friday and Saturday live music in the courtyard, but once I closed the doors to the courtyard all was quiet. Near a wonderful river walk too. Watch Ontario canoe team. Definitely would book again.

Excellent location, very spacious rooms except the kitchen was a bit minimal. Owner was very easy to communicate with.

This is our favorite beach. We live 40 miles away. We wanted to do more than a daily trip. The size of this place was perfect and its location as well. Thank-you!

Check in and out was very easy. Marj was very responsive each time we contacted her. It's the perfect place for a beach vacation as both Daytona Beach and New Smyrna Beach are close. Plenty of places to eat and watch the sunrise and sunset within a 20 minute radius. Will definitely stay here again if in the area for vacation.

Coastal Soul was the perfect place to stay, everything was as listed, comfy, cozy and a great beachy vibe. we had a great view of the ocean and we felt at home. Will definitely stay here again. Amy is a great host and we highly recommend staying here. We had a great week. Joe and Ann

Thank you Marty, it was perfect. The view was amazing. The condo was great for us. We visited the Washington Oaks State Park just down the road. We had lunch at Captains BBQ just south of Marineland on A1A. Tony's Pizza is right across the street from the condo. The beach was access and the beach was super. If you are looking for a beach vacation, this is a great pick. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and will be looking to coming back in the future. The swimming pool was perfectly maintained and everyone that was using it looked like they were having great time. Perfect for young and older people, like I said, this was the perfect spot for us. Enrico was extremely nice and helpful from the beginning to the end. He was very responsive and answered any questions quickly. Lisa helped us get into the place and was right there to meet us. Easy and quick plus directions and instructions and made sure we did not have any questions. This place is in a beautiful area with the most beautiful views you could ever imagine. The place was very clean (spotless)and made you feel very much at home. We enjoyed every minute of our stay! 😍 Only wish we could have stayed there longer to enjoy ourselves. 😎 The restaurant at the top is also a must to enjoy the sunset and delicious food. A slice of paradise! We spent 4 weeks here. Secure building, great location, good free parking, nice pool, sauna and exercise room. The pool was wonderful, and the beach is stunning. Grocery and wine stores under a 5 minute drive. 20 minute drives to 4 public golf courses. Apartment clean, and very comfortable. Great bed, shower and kitchen, highly recommend!

An absolutely perfect place to stay. I loved the quick walk to the beach, and the condo was adorable!
