Really great time! We brought our dogs for the spring break weekend. Super close to the strip of restaurants on the beach. Was a little pricey? But it’s spring break so I understand. Would definitely stay again in the future. There were guests upstairs, you can hear them walk around so that was the only complaint. They had a party one of the nights so it was pretty loud , but again, it’s spring break in Florida. Totally understandable. We spent most of our time out and about, so we didn’t mind too much. Love the New Smyrna area ✌🏼

Yomar was so accommodating and made our stay wonderful! The house was spotless and had everything you could need. I would absolutely stay here again.

We stayed at Ricardo’s for a month. The place was wonderful. The neighborhood was quiet. We saw plenty of wildlife even though we were in a neighborhood. Ricardo was always responsive. It is located close to st. Augustine and Daytona beach. We spent some time at Flagler beach which is really close. We will stay here again!

The house was perfect! It was very clean, near the beach, with everything needed for time spent at the beach, like surfs, balls, trolley, simply everything! There was also a washing machine and dryer, which was very cool. The beds were very comfy, peaceful neighborhood around, sleeping there was like in the fairytale. Kitchen has the basic spices for cooking, containing fridge, fully equipped. We recommend this accomodation, communication with owner was very easy and quick, instructions clear. Definitely we would like to go back again some day.

I absolutely love staying here. The property was spotless and cozy. It had an old school boho beach vibe. The bed was so comfortable and we fell asleep and woke up listening to the ocean. The view of the ocean from our front balcony was perfect. I’m seriously looking to book again before the end of the year. We will definitely return. Thank you!

Chris had a fantastic response time and was overall a pleasure to work with. The house was fairly difficult to find but that didn’t take away from the place. Great experience all together.

This was my second time staying at the beach house and it was once again an amazing stay! Great location right on the beach with all the bars and restaurants only a 7 minute walk down the sand. Love it here!

Marj's cottage at New Smyrna Beach is absolutely lovely and in a safe and peaceful location. She keeps the cottage in pristine condition, and it has everything we might want--umbrella, chairs, coolers, beach towel, etc.--for a perfect day at the beach. Marj is a kind and responsive host. She goes above and beyond to help and check-in. I was able to meet her just as we arrived. She's a warm and friendly person; you couldn't ask for a better host.

A great stay! Close to the beach with a nice pool. The condo was very clean with thoughtful amenities.

Todd’s place was wonderful and glad he accommodated us on short notice. Loved how it was close enough to the historic sites and things to do but in a quiet area as well. Pool and beach were wonderful!

I really enjoyed this airbnb. It had everything I needed and was clean and updated. I will be booking again in the near future. Plenty of room, very quiet. Great stay!

Enrico was extremely nice and helpful from the beginning to the end. He was very responsive and answered any questions quickly. Lisa helped us get into the place and was right there to meet us. Easy and quick plus directions and instructions and made sure we did not have any questions. This place is in a beautiful area with the most beautiful views you could ever imagine. The place was very clean (spotless)and made you feel very much at home. We enjoyed every minute of our stay! 😍 Only wish we could have stayed there longer to enjoy ourselves. 😎 The restaurant at the top is also a must to enjoy the sunset and delicious food. An absolutely perfect place to stay. I loved the quick walk to the beach, and the condo was adorable!

We had an amazing week at Rebecca's condo!! Everything was very clean with great amenities. She was extremely responsive if we had any questions. The location cannot be beat - pedestrian walkway with traffic light is directly across the streat. We very highly recomend and hope to return next year!

Really good looking, clean, welcoming place and well located. Todd was always responsive and there to clear any questions or doubts. the check in was easy with clear instructions and it was overall a pleasure to stay here.

This place was wonderful. It is on the 3rd floor and there are no elevators, so we did have to carry all of our luggage up the stairs. Besides that, it is a straight 15 minute drive to historic St. Augustine. Beach access is also located on the property. The televisions are great and the property has fast internet. We would definitely stay here again.
