Located on the outskirts of an old fishing village, nestled in the rocks itself between the roaring sea and the quite canal. Its close to the ocean and in between you find a landscape typical for the region, raw, beautiful and surreal. Välkomna till vårt helt nybyggda lilla hus med alla faciliteter i ett lugnt område. Fullutrustat kök, badrum med tvättmaskin och torkmöjligheter. Stor altan med grill och vidsträckt utsikt över havet och båthamnen. Nära till havet, enskilt men ändå i samhället, högst upp på en återvändsgata finner du detta lilla hus. Ca 300 meter till Orust finaste badplats med bryggor, hopptorn, klippor och en liten strand för de allra minsta. Välsorterad mataffär och utmärkt pizzeria 150 meter från huset.

Nybyggd Attefallstuga med alla bekvämligheter och höghastighets wifi! I stugan finns ett väl utrustat kök, umgängesyta med direkt utgång till en egen härlig altan med havsutsikt och ett läckert badrum med dusch. Altanen har både utemöbler och solsängar. Fem sängplatser totalt, men idealiskt för två vuxna! Även om kvadratmetrarna är få, upplever man att allt ryms i stugan. Direkt utanför finns parkering och här hittar man även stigen ner till bryggan och havet. Solnedgången bänk. Välkomna!

A cottage with a view in Ljungskile

This separate cottage has a view over the sea in a secluded, beautiful countryside setting, still just 5 mins from the E6 motorway. It is recently completely refurbished keeping the old style. On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

Spacious terrace for sunbathing and evening bbq. You will love swimming in the fjord. Private beach and jetty (for the neighbourhood). Open fireplace and unlimited Wi-Fi. The house is also super cosy during the winter with an open fire place, warm bath in the hot tub and the sauna. A fantastic place to reflect over life.

The guest apartment is located in the barn at our farm in Stigfjorden Nature Reserve. You see the open landscape with fields and farms, behind mountains and forests to walk in. Nearest bath is 1 km. The silence is significant even during the summer period. To Skärhamn 12 km, Pilane Art 8 km and to Sundsby manor 7 km. Promenadavstånd till mataffär, busshållplats och färja till Åstol och Dyrön Tjörn erbjuder allt från vacker natur, bad, fiske, paddling, vandring till konst och restauranger.

Välkommen till Ulseröd, en liten oas med närhet till hav och skog nära Lysekil centrum. Här bor du bekvämt med helkaklat badrum, liten tvättstuga, modernt kök med sociala ytor och rymlig soffa. Det finns två sovrum på entrévåning samt ett sovloft som passar perfekt till barn och ungdomar. Utanför stugan finns en altan med utemöbler. Vi hoppas ni kommer trivas! Sängkläder och handdukar medtages av gäst, alternativt hyrs av oss för 100 kr per uppsättning.

Det är visserligen alltid något på gång, men det går i den takt du själv väljer. Röda huset byggdes i början av 1900-talet och andas fortfarande rustik charm.
