Our stay at Acorn Falls was fantastic! The tent and RV accommodations were exceptionally clean and well-maintained. While we hadn’t anticipated being in the backyard of a residence, it wasn’t an issue at all and didn’t impact our experience. It did storm overnight while we were sleeping in the tent and we had no issues at all. The RV was a great bonus, providing a kitchen, bathroom, and extra sleeping space if needed. We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be returning!

Our family enjoyed our time at the Big House and loved the prison theme. Especially liked the historical aspects and artwork.

This was plenty of space for our group. Nicely decorated and very clean. We did not cook in the home, so I cannot speak to that, but it was very clean.

Elaine was easy to work with and gave perfect instructions on how and what need to be done.

The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood that is a short drive to the Capitol building and downtown. The place had everything we needed for our stay. The bed was comfortable and we had plenty of space. A couple things to note. This apartment is up 2 flights of stairs. It is an older home so the stairs are smaller than in a newer building. This wasn’t a problem for us but something to be aware of. Also we had some issues with locking and unlocking the doors. The host was very responsive when we somehow got locked out. She resolved it quickly.

Alicia was an amazing host. We traveled from the St. Louis area and had no issues upon arrival. The particular weekend there was a storm coming in and Alicia reached out immediately informing us of access to safe shelter in the basement. Luckily there was no issues with weather and the stay was wonderful. The house is amazing from the views to the quality of the home. I would recommend staying here whether you plan to explore the area or just a getaway to retreat to a peaceful property!

This is the perfect place to stay for a solo traveler or a couple that wants to be close to downtown Jeff City! I stayed here for five months as a travel nurse and didn’t have any issues the entire time. I really do recommend this place for everyone!

We had a wonderful weekend at Hobo Hill. The house is beautiful! My friends and I spent some time attempting to chat with the unseen residents of the house but really only received a response once we started playing games on the third floor. We never felt unsafe and are likely to visit again. Thank you for opening your house up for people to enjoy!
