Muito perto das atrações mas extremamente calmo para descansar também. Shinsekai a sul, Dotombori a norte e Namba a Oeste no raio de 500m, torna-se uma excelente localização. Combinis e metro a menos de 3 min a pé.

Pristine and comfortable apartment. Super close to shinsabashi and dotonbori whilst being quiet. Only thing i’d recommend is english instructions for the washing machine and shower/bath but that alone is no problem and with google translate we figured it out. Would definitely stay here again

Un appartement très confortable, très bien équipé. Très calme , à proximité des commerces, du métro, une propriétaire a l’écoute , disponible, très agréable sans jamais déranger ses invités . Idéal pour découvrir Osaka de jour comme de nuit . Je le recommande

일본에서 이용하는 첫 에어비앤비였는데 지하철역에서 도보이동도 쉬웠고 위치도 좋았습니다. 숙소도 매우 청결하고 사진과 같았습니다. 체크인할 때 어려운 부분이 있어 호스트분께 연락했는데 빠른 응답을 통해 해결했습니다! 1박만 하는게 아쉬울정도로 너무 만족했습니다. 다음에도 또 이용하고 싶습니다 .

We truly enjoyed our final stay in Osaka at this lovely condo. The room was spacious, well set up, and very comfortable — perfect for relaxing after a full day of exploring the city. Everything was organized, and thoughtfully arranged to make our stay feel easy and enjoyable. The location was also convenient, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming. A great choice for anyone visiting Osaka. We’re leaving with wonderful memories — thank you for a great stay!

The space was perfect for our short stay. All amenities were as described. There’s even a sauna! Close to Ebisucho station. If getting to location by taxi, can tell driver Hotel Story@Namba as it’s next door (for ease of communication). Would be happy to stay again.

Spacious house, great for our group of 4 adults. We appreciated the 2 bathrooms & 2 toilets and ultra comfortable futons. Claire, our house angel met us at check in and was very friendly & informative, complimenting the excellent communication leading up to our arrival. Good food shops close by - supermarket, bakery etc. The house is in a brilliant location - a quiet peaceful area, but only a 10 minute to the metro, restaurants, bars etc. Would highly recommend if visiting Kyoto.

Erina-san was extremely responsive in our inquiries! She even bought us snacks and bread to welcome us in the airbnb, which was an extremely nice gesture! The bread was so delicious!! Everything was as described, and the space was larger than I had expected despite seeing the photos! There was a generous amount of space, especially the second floor bathroom to the changing area. It was extremely refreshing and nice! Everywhere was very clean as well, and the hair dryers were powerful, which I really appreciated! Very quiet neighbourhood, we really like it! Beautiful home, we would love to stay again. Thank you very much ^^ The area is near a red light district, so I would suggest future airbnb guests to take note if you have children! Nothing bad about it, more like something to take note of. However it can be totally avoided if you take another route!

Loved the convenience of this Airbnb location. We appreciated how responsive Tatsu was and how flexible he was in allowing our group to check-in early. We also enjoyed the entirety of the home, especially the hot tub and sauna. We felt completely safe in the neighborhood and enjoyed seeing kids playing in the nearby park.

Our stay at Yamashita’s beautiful 100-year-old Japanese villa in Kyoto was the perfect way to end our 2 week vacation in Japan. The house is spacious, very clean, and well-equipped, perfect for our group of 12. It has everything you need and more. It has a serene garden, jacuzzi, and sauna—the kids especially loved the jacuzzi! Yamashita is an EXCEPTIONAL host—very warm, helpful, and accommodating. She drove us to supermarkets and places we wanted to go and even picked us up for a small fee. She prepared simple yet delicious breakfasts. She was quick to respond to messages and even guided us on using local buses. Though the house is a bit far from the touristy areas, the peace and quiet of Yamashita’s home made it the perfect retreat. It offered a more authentic and relaxing experience of Japan. I highly recommend Yamashita’s villa to anyone looking for comfort, culture, and outstanding hospitality. And to anyone looking for a truly memorable stay in a traditional Japanese home.

第二次入住。优点是位置很方便，300米有两条地铁线路，最近的超市在房后100米，旁边还有两家永旺。缺点是没有智能马桶和洗衣机，但是隔壁有自助收费洗衣服一次1200日元。没有电梯行李需要搬运到三楼。
