The place is really clean. All products provided even more than you need. There were spacious living room that made you feel like home. Staff also really helpful.

As many others have said, this is a wonderful spot just south of Namba station.

立地がよく新大阪駅からすぐたどり着けました。また室内設備は充実しており、スマートテレビが設置されていたのも嬉しかったです。また機会がありましたら泊まりたいです。

a really cozy and comfortable stay! place is close to the train station with access to food and all the needed amenities! host was also very hospitable and responsive, and gave clear instructions. Would recommend this place for a stay at a quiet yet well connected area ☺️

This was a lovely stay. You share the house with the family, but its not awkward and you're free to come as you please. The room was cozy and I got some much needed sleep. The house is very close to a metro station where you can take the Osaka loop pretty much anywhere (even the airport). Shower was great! Also the area is so peaceful and quiet, it was nice to come back to after fighting the crowds. But the special element is their lovely cat. If you dont like cats this isnt the place for you! Thank you to my lovely hosts~ i cant wait to come back.

房東可使用中文溝通，當天入住也有即時回覆，也知道我們行李頗多，願意接送我們，但是剛好時間搭不上，但是房東誠意滿滿。住宿位置其實離outlet 那邊還是有點距離，對於不常走路的我們稍遠，如果是自駕全家旅遊包棟是比較適合的住宿，有附設一個停車空間，住宿風格是日式住宿，睡榻榻米的，整棟兩層樓，此次我們三人住二樓，但是同行者不太喜歡與人共用公共空間及廁所，好險當天剛好無人入住，當天入住房東隔天都馬上處理，看我們行李多也載我們去最近的站搭車去機場。我認為房東人很好，如果住宿可以使用整個房源更好。

yuki is totally perfect, but Immigration is damn horrible, We were 4 of us, 2 of us just very unexperienced traveller, they were excited coz " JAPAN" so as long as can visit any part of japan thats will be a pride, nice selfie ....but their dream was changed a nightmare with Immigration in OSAKA, they cant see which one honest and which one CRIMINAL, SADLY INDONESIAN EMBASSY .. CANT DO ANYTHING, not even tried to be connected with my two friends... THOUGHT ALL JAPANESSE ARE FRIENDLY, but THOSE IMMIGRATION PEOPLE were not showing that, even food my friend gotr to buy them self... POOR TRAVELING they must traveled back and had night mare.... BE CAREFULL ALL TRAVELER, especially with no ENGLISH or Japanesse languange ability,

如果你想选择一间靠海的具有日式风情的房子我强烈推荐这家民宿(＾〇＾)/♫♪！房东非常热心给我们推荐附近好吃又便宜的餐厅，特地打电话帮我们和餐厅预约并沟通，像回到家一样！众所周知出门旅行需要很强的独立能力但是这样的关怀和体贴会让人很感动🥹 我们特地选在淡季旅行入住的时候只有我们一行三人，简直像承包了一个荘一样！最后一天还选择了房东的另一栋小别墅，复古的蓝色非常温馨，如果这个评价可以放照片就好了，房子离机场非常非常近，房东姐姐早上亲自开车送我们去机场，我们一路聊得很开心！房子周围环境很像一部我喜欢的电影《下妻物语》，是一个宁静美好不吵闹的地方o(^▽^)o可以真正感受远离都市喧嚣的日本生活，两个住处都离车站很近！

Superbe maison ou rester quelque jour, l'endroit est très calme !

Yuki was very helpful. The place was neat and clean. If you are visiting the place late evening, few parts from sub way to house was little dark. The house is amazing with a beautiful back yard.
