Tanaka was very communicative and had so many recommendations about local spots to eat. The location was perfect for what our group wanted to do. Very spacious home too for five guests, we loved our stay and first trip to Osaka!

家族と犬を同伴して滞在しました。チェックインはホストが到着時間に合わせて対応してくれて、丁寧な説明がありました。犬に対しても気配りをしてくださりとても良かったです。おかげさまで快適に過ごせました。

Buen precio, cómodo, completo. Algo lejos de metro (15 min) y tren (20 min) Muy limpio, muchos sitios para comer en un radio de 10 minutos andando, zona tranquila.

Stay at this nice and comfortable house for few nights. It was a very sweet stay, the host was well prepared, thoughtful, responsive and very helpful, even equipped with baby chair. Location is near two sub way stations and there are lots of local shops at walkable distance, convenience and eatery shop are easily accessible. It truly make me feel like long term staying, after the few nights over there.

We spent 10 days in the house in April 2025. The house was well equipped and everything was as described. There is a good rail connection to the center of Osaka as the station is very close but surprisingly, there is no noise from the railway. We used the house as a base to explore Osaka, Nara, Kyoto and Kobe. All these places are easily accessible by railway. Close to the house there is an excellent supermarket: LIFE. There are excellent instructions to all appliances in English and adequate heating and hot water. We didn't need the air condition but it is there. Beds are comfortable. The host was very helpful and answered all our questions. We were happy with our choice of accommodation and highly recommend it.

一戶建的旅居空間很大而且温馨舒適。入住當天我們很晚才到達（晚上10時多才到）但沒想到旅居主人還在等待我們，而且為我們搬行李及打傘，介紹屋內設施。旅居內一應俱全，還有小孩玩具及圖書，還提供很多旅居附近的購物及飲食資訊，寢室很舒適並備有充電插頭，樓梯還裝有小夜燈方便夜間下樓，而且有防滑地毯，洗手間內有毛巾抹手。亦有車位方便自駕人士。意想不到的是竟然有歡迎入住的信，真的非常貼心。性價比非常高，非常適合一家大小，有機會會再次入住，亦會給推介打算造訪大阪的親友。離開時旅居主人夫婦還親自相送！

３度目の滞在です。寝具やタオルが清潔で気持ちよく、いつも満足度が高いです。なかなか予約が取れないお宿になってしまいましたが、また機会があれば利用したいです。

Amazing place in an amazing location. My only comment is the have a Nespresso coffee maker. They provided a few pods, but when they ran out I was unable to find more anywhere nearby. I should have contacted them but found a couple of delightful coffee shops around the corner. I’d stay there again in a heart beat.

This place has an amazing location, there’s lots of little restaurants around, subway stop is very near, pharmacy is very near! The house itself is so spacious and allows you to have a true Japanese feeling to your stay. Doors are short so be careful, stairs are steep so be careful. But no matter, we truly enjoyed this space!

非常に丁寧にテンポ良くメッセージしてくださるホストの方々でとても助かりました。空間、設備、サービスなど非常に良かったです。8人で宿泊し、有意義な滞在とすることができました。途中お酒がなくなったのですがイオンが歩いて行ける距離にあったので追加で買い出しに行けたのも大きかったです。 車で伺いましたが、細い道を通るので大きい車の方は要注意です。(ランクルプラド、FJクルーザーは通れたので大体大丈夫だと思いますが)

民宿很美，Yuki還很貼心準備水果麵包給我們。很適合多人一同旅行（這次我們是11人）。很美好的時光。

メッセージのやり取りは基本的に返事がすぐに来て、こちらもとても動きやすかったです。時間の変更など小さい子供も居たので何度も変更があったのにも関わらず、とても笑顔で柔軟に対応して頂きました。アメニティーやバスルーム、寝室もとても清潔でした。カードゲームなどもあり、みんな口を揃えて『めっちゃいいところだった！』と言っていました。BBQも利用させて頂いたのですが、これまた時間変更したのにも関わらず火起こしや準備など、冷蔵のものがあれば預かって頂いたりとてもスムーズに進めることができました。またこの近くで滞在することがあれば必ず利用したいです。皆さんが言っている通り道幅は狭いですが、送迎も快く対応して頂けたので心配なかったです。本当にありがとうございました。

Harumi's place is so convenient from Daikokucho and Imamiya Station, me and my husband stayed for 5 nights (Apr 29 to May 4, 2025). The apartment is newly renovated, clean, spacious, quiet place, spacious, complete amenities, balcony space as shown in the photos. Toilet and shower room is separated, which is good. Washing Machine is free to use, she even provide laundry soap, no need to use coin laundry outside, superb for us. I even asked for weighing scale and responded positively. Overall, we enjoy staying to your apartment. Surely recommend to others. Thank you Harumi!

Satoru’s house was absolutely stunning; the house was immaculate and environment beautiful! We were only a 5 minute walk away from the Golden Temple, which made for a lovely little excursion. Satoru as a host was brilliant! He maintained quick communication with us, and drove us from the station to the house, giving us a quick rundown of the house before he left. He also gave a great list of local recommendations which kept us busy during our time in Kyoto! Overall, Satoru and his house were brilliant; if we come to Japan again, we’ll be sure to book here again!

部屋、浴室、ベッドなど清潔で快適でした。犬３匹連れての滞在でしたが、近くに２つの公園があって、交通量もそれほど多くないのでゆっくり散歩できてありがたかったです。唯一3階建てなので階段の登り降りが大変でしたが許容範囲。また機会があれば利用させていただきます。

It is a good and quiet space with very good location.

This accommodation is huge over 3 levels with an internal elevator. It also has an internal spiral staircase but it is extremely tight and wouldn’t be recommended for small children. The ground floor is a kitchen dinner, floors 2 and 3 are bedrooms each with 2 beds and a bathroom. The host was very accommodating and responsive, the location is in a smaller area and directly opposite the local train station which is super convenient, recommended particularly for 2x couples or if you stay with older children and or grandparents

It was a first time to Japan for me and my family. Seven of us in the house were just nice. Host was extremely responsive and available throughout our stay. We got lost locating the house on the first day but we got the hang of it after. Beds and pillows were awesome, we had a good sleep after walking the whole day. A few convenience shops nearby were really helpful as well. Osaka is the best. Just as small feedback: hope the cleaning people will sweep the floor thoroughly as we found dust under the beds. Hope to stay there again when we visit next time. Thank you for hosting us in your beautiful house!

USJ、万博への観光に大変便利でした。 コミュニケーションもスムーズでした。 清潔感はありましたが、建物は古くて4月末でも少し寒く感じました。ただ、暖房がつけられるので問題ありませんでした。
