Great Location, House is perfect for 2 people. Clean and had everything we needed. Host is very pro-active in making sure you have no trouble getting in to the Resort and House. Will be back

This place was a great stay. Their instructions were so clear and easy to understand it made getting around super easy. The house is nice space and comfortable. Everything worked perfectly fine because I had easy instructions to follow. Neighbors were all friendly too so it was just a warm experience and I’m glad I chose this place to stay. I booked at like 11pm to come stay here the very next day and they were responsive when I booked it and helpful and welcoming. Great people and I appreciate them so much!

If I could give 100 stars, I absolutely would — or even more! We loved the warm welcome with snacks, water, and a sweet birthday card for my daughter. She loved it! The location is great, close to Walmart and other shops. I definitely recommend this place and will 100% stay here again!

This was a great stay with all the amenities listed. The tiny home was perfect for our stay close to eating places and Disney while also giving us privacy to enjoy our family!

Leticia’s place was cute and cozy. The outdoor spaces were perfect for our morning coffee and to sit and soak in some sun or unwind at night. We loved the little touches and snacks! Exactly what we needed for a short stay in Davenport!

Had a great stay at this cozy home! It was super clean and well-stocked — the washer and dryer (plus detergent pods) were a huge bonus. Loved having coffee and snacks available, and check-in was a breeze. Everything was just easy and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Our stay at this cozy cottage was perfect! Just a short drive from Orlando attractions, yet in a peaceful neighborhood that felt like home. The cottage was spotlessly clean with thoughtful touches throughout. The kitchen was well-equipped for our meals, and the bed was incredibly comfortable! Robyn was an exceptional host. Her detailed welcome guide made check-in easy. Great WiFi, smart TV, and the air conditioning kept us cool despite the Florida heat. Perfect location - quiet but close to stores and major highways to access attractions. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Orlando!

We only stayed one night because we were in the area for a guided hike at the lake wales state forest nearby. Diane’s cottage was cozy and comfortable. We loved the design touches and had everything we needed. The property is lovely with lots of oak trees. It’s a quiet relaxing getaway …highly recommend!

Nancy was able to accommodate us very rapidly and was responding consistently over any concern we had. The tiny home is kept up and roomy. Beautiful stay!

Lexia’s place was just amazing! We had no issues whatsoever. The place was clean, and it was inside a gated entrance which felt very safe. My daughter loved the upstairs Mickey Mouse themed bedroom and the little desk area. My family would definitely stay here again. It’s very close to a strip of restaurants, and Target is about 5 minutes away! Disney is about 20mins minutes with traffic. Thank you for an awesome stay!

If you are looking to disconnect from the hustle of city life, even just for a day, this off-grid tiny home is the perfect retreat. The host, Andrea, was incredibly responsive and answered all our questions. My husband and I enjoyed a guided tour of the farm (thank you, Jim!), where we tasted fresh berries, cherries, guava, and nisperos—picking ripe fruit straight from the trees was such a treat! We also had access to the lake, relaxing on the dock while watching a breathtaking sunset. This stay was truly a refreshing experience, and we can't wait to return!

Hernan’s home was cozy and the development was very peaceful. Any questions we had were quickly answered and Hernan made sure to do whatever he could to make the stay as enjoyable as possible! Development pools and clubhouses were clean and comfortable. We were traveling with our small child, and Hernan made sure that we had what we needed ahead of time. No complaints about noise or disruption from the neighbors. Very decent location, close to stores, theme parks and local attractions. Definitely bookmarking this one for future trips!

The stay at Omayra’s house was excellent. The house was clean and organized, very cozy. Omayra and her husband were very attentive and assisted us quickly when we needed, especially considering it was Christmas. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet and cozy place.

Anabel is an amazing host and very responsive to any questions we came across. The Cottage was a great place to stay being so close to the parks. There is an Aldi/CVS right outside the neighborhood for any quick trips to the grocery store. My wife and I did have slight issues with the bedroom mattress being on the thinner size compared to our one from home, but overall it was a great experience at the cottage and definitely consider coming back if the opportunity arose.

This was a wonderful place to stay. Our host Jennifer was amazing and was able to get us checked in early. The home was clean and well taken care of. Definitely recommend and will be staying here again next year!

Carlos place was very lovely and clean, near the park attractions and shops. It was a great neighbourhood with nice and friendly people. we were able to wash our laundry and cook too. It felt like i was at home. He had a nice TV and even board games. His bed and pillows were very comfortable. The only issue is the water heater and lack of hot water to shower and my partner and I had to spread out our shower times so that the water is hot for us. This could be further improved. I think it’s important for guests. All in all, we had a great time there.
