We found 7 1/2 acres here, on the Central Coast, with spectacular views of verdant trees covering rolling hills that reach all the way to the distant mountains south and east of Arroyo Grande Village. On this property is our little farmhouse with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a newly remodeled kitchen and a cozy living room. Our 1.5 acres boasts lovely landscaping with a grassy area and many nooks which are perfect for relaxing, reading or picnicking. We have 2 Babydoll Sheep on the property, Cash and Lambo, feel free to feed them any fruits or veggies! Sorry, no pets or events allowed
