Quiet locale with private entrance, large yard and small but cozy interior that includes a queen bed, desk and kitchenette area. Nestled under a grand live oak, the Half House is home to many birds and a barred owl that often takes residence upon the branches. Laundry avail too. Fish Tales Tiki Hut on the Marina in less than half mile away, bring your kayaks or boat and have a truly memorable time, we have the space! Wake up to Trees, walking trails are less than a block away. This is the scene of one the great navel battles of the civil war, explore the history of the fort.. We are 30 mins from Historic downtown Savannah.

The Houseboat on Tybee Island

Located at the Tybee Island Marina on Lazaretto Creek, along the western boundary of Tybee Island, The Houseboat offers spectacular sunrise and sunset views nestled in a serene spot between the beach on Tybee or a day exploring Savannah. Due to its location on a floating dock in a tidal creek, with low tides making for a difficult/steep transition between the floating and stationary docks, The Houseboat is not ideal for guests with mobility issues.
