This was our second stay at Cortona’s Rooftop Nest. Margherita is an exceptional host! She is there to meet you and help you get situated at her place. She is always available if you should need anything and will check on you periodically to make sure everything is working. She is simply the best!! The apartment is nice size. Three bedrooms that can host four guests and a nice size kitchen to do some great Italian cooking! It is very clean and has everything you need for an exceptional stay. It is in the middle of Cortona’s so the location cannot be any better. The view of Tuscany from this place will take your breath away……and there is no better place to witness the beauty of a Tuscany sunset than from here!! Cortona’s is magical…..enjoy it from Cortona’s Rooftop Nest!! Thank you Margherita for sharing your place with us!!!

La sistemazione nell'appartamento di Marco è stata senza alcun dubbio la migliore che mia moglie ed io potessimo sperare. Posizione che più centrale non potrebbe essere (a pochi metri dalla loggetta che dà su Piazza della Repubblica), e nell'interno attenzione agli ospiti in ogni dettaglio di eleganza e di confort. Non abbiamo avuto il piacere di incontrare personalmente Marco, con cui comunque abbiamo potuto avere scambi di messaggi assolutamente soddisfacenti e tempestivi, ma abbiamo conosciuto la sua mamma, persona di squisita gentilezza che ci ha guidato nella conoscenza dell'appartamento.

I am so happy that I booked Alistair's accommodation! A private guest house with a spectacular view and lovely amenities (as listed). Located near beautiful Tuscan towns, it was easy to get to and from. It was great to meet Alistair and Maria, they were so welcoming and generous. They also provided fantastic recommendations for local restaurants. We wish we booked for longer!

Pier’s place was so beyond beautiful and exceeded our expectations. We loved cooking in the kitchen with the lovely ambiance and amenities left for us. The day we arrived he left us a delicious sweet bread that we could not stop eating. Any questions we had for him he responded within a reasonable manner. If you are looking to stay in a place that makes you feel at home, but also in a place that is unimaginable this is it!

Un séjour exceptionnel ! La maison est vraiment magnifique, le jardin est immense et splendide. L’appartement est parfaitement aménagé, nous y avons passé 10 jours avec nos deux enfants et nous n’avons manqué de rien ! Il y a un petit jardin privé avec terrasse ainsi que le grand jardin de la propriété, une piscine magnifique, des oliviers à perte de vue. La vue panoramique est incroyable de jour comme de nuit ! Stefano et sa famille sont d’une grande gentillesse et toujours disponible ! Nous garderons un souvenir impérissable de ce séjour et espérons revenir très vite dans ce petit coin de paradis ! Immense merci à Stefano !

Posto favoloso, casa ordinata pulita e piena di cura. Tutti ingredienti per una vacanza magica

Location veramente unica!! Arrivo tramite una stradina che costeggia le mura antiche e parcheggio davanti a casa😍😍, soggiorno al primo piano con cucina attrezzata, divano e TV e scendendo una rampa di scale si arriva alla camera da letto e al bagno. Tutto molto pulito ma, quando apri la porta finestra della camera arriva lo stupore più grande ....un giardinetto con tavolino sotto ad un berso' di glicini meraviglioso con vista mozzafiato, praticamente una TV naturale😍😍😍. Scendendo qualche scalino altro piccolo spazio con due lettini e una Jacuzzi ( che noi non abbiamo utilizzato) con davanti una distesa di ulivi.

Appartamento piccolo ma molto ben attrezzato, in posizione centralissima. Ottima soluzione per chi vuole soggiornare in un paese straordinario come Cortona.

I think this place is the best place among all the places we have stayed and are going stay. If I come back to Italy I will definitely stay here again for longer time!!
