Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

Eine gemütliche Küche, räumlich durch Stiegenhaus von Schlaf/Wohnbereich mit Bad getrennt, ist voll ausgestattet, schnelles WLAN und gratis Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus stehen zur Verfügung. Our holiday apartment, renovated in 2023, is ideal for couples and families with two children. It is located in a quiet apartment complex in Sattendorf. The complex has its own private lake access with a spacious sunbathing area, changing rooms, showers, and toilets. A two-person paddleboat is available for guests' use. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, a living and dining area with a balcony, a bedroom (sleeps four), a foyer, and a bathroom with a shower.
