De studio is gesitueerd aan de kustlijn van Raversijde. Zicht op zee en strand is uniek vanaf de 6e verdieping met een glaspartij van 6 m breed. Je kijkt er zowel naar de Noordzee als naar het polderlandschap. Reeds vanaf de middag komt de zon op het terras bij mooi weer. De totaal vernieuwde studio met open keuken - inclusief electro - toestellen en slaap accommodatie is praktisch en gezellig ingericht. Om te genieten! De vakantiewoning is erkend door 'Toerisme Vlaanderen' met 4sterren.

This stylish, spacious and cosy apartment is situated in the heart of the city. You have literally everything nearby: restaurants, shops, grocery stores,...and most of all: the sea and its wonderful beaches. Only 350 metres to reach the beach bars and other venues on the dike. It is well equiped and convenient: 2 bedrms, walk-in shower, big fridge and stove. The building has 4 stories, apt is on the highest floor, reached by the elevator. There is a TV with Chromecast, WIFI, a very comfy sofa.

Het is een gerenoveerd oud herenhuis (veel trappen) met dimbare verlichting op het gelijkvloers. -Een living en keuken met veel lichtinval. -Een klein gezellig terrasje. -Twee badkamers, met ernaast, telkens een apart toilet. -Vier ruime en luchtige slaapkamers met telkens een tweepersoonsbed. Elk bed telt 2 aparte dekens en 4 kussens. Alle noodzakelijke inspecties werden uitgevoerd door de bevoegde autoriteiten. Voor ieders hygiëne en gezondheid, is er desinfecterende handgel aanwezig.

Een auto heb je hier niet nodig! Ook prima voor workation, met bureau in slaapkamer. Geschikt voor max. 4 volwassenen en 2 kinderen (afwijkingen kunnen wel worden aangevraagd).
