The place was what I needed. Host was responsive and helpful when I needed something. Good price and close to where I needed to be. I would book again if I'm in the area for work. Upstairs neighbor have a dog though, and it barks nonstop over any noise you make when they aren't home.

If you are going to Dreams Park for baseball, this place is new, clean, and close. Newly redone, AC, 4 bed (2 bunk rooms and 2 bath). Only downside is poor cell coverage. Other than that, and we easily worked around it, place is great!

Jaynee and her family made us feel right at home. Our stay was super relaxing and enjoyable. The property had gorgeous views and the kids loved the cows. The space had all the necessary amenities and was very clean. Dan took our family on a ride through the property to see the wild life and views. I would highly recommend this place. We will be back !

Stayed here for my sons tournament a Cooperstown and it did not disappoint. Clean and exactly how the pictures looked. Beds were so comfortable, even the pullout was great. I am very picky when I travel and this place had everything I needed. I felt right at home for the week.

We were in town for Cooperstown All-Star Village. It worked out great super close to restaurants as well as close to the field to go back-and-forth for games. House was extremely comfortable highly recommend.

Michael was extremely helpful and responsive. I had a couple of questions during my stay and he responded quickly and kindly. The location was fine for my purpose in the area. It’s a gem of a place and checked all the boxes for me.

Joseph and his wife (and their dog) were so nice and accommodating. Joseph was very flexible on check in and very quick to answer any questions I had. The cabin is great and very roomy. There's lots of upgrades and the technology and wifi really good. Beautiful all around there, enjoy the scenery. It's a short drive into Cooperstown, too.

The space was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay in cooperstown. The location was central and many local attractions were in walking distance.

We had an amazing stay at Carin’s place. It was clean, modern, cozy, spacious and welcoming. Each bedroom was thoughtfully decorated and the two bathrooms were incredibly large and luxurious. We cooked dinner at the house and were impressed by all the high-quality utensils and super easy to use soda stream! Sitting by the lake was so peaceful and Carin has a portable speaker so we played music and admired some nature by sunset. Carin was communicative, friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. All round this was a great experience and we’ll definitely be back when going on an upstate adventure :)

Great place—spacious and well-equipped! Our family had a wonderful time watching movies together, and the snowy scenery with the trees and mountains was absolutely beautiful. The bedrooms were very clean and had a modern feel. The property truly has everything you need. We were able to park four cars comfortably, with room for more if needed. It’s also perfect for pups—they had so much fun playing tag outside! A quick note for future guests: they provide dish soap and toilet paper, but you’ll want to bring your own hand soap and toiletries.

Barbara's house was exactly what we needed for our stay. It had several bedrooms, comfortable beds, and linens as well as basic toiletries were provided. The kitchen was well appointed, and there were good availability of outlets and spaces for chargers. Finally, it was extremely close to Cooperstown All-Star Village, which is where we were headed for our time there. The living room was very comfortable, and there was plenty of room to do work. Additionally, there were fire sticks provided for the televisions. All in all, it was exactly what we needed!

Had an absolutely lovely stay at Cassandra’s place. The house was beautiful, clean and fun - decorated with baseball themed decor which added to the Cooperstown experience. The house is large with a lot of space & a big backyard. A highlight is the basement arcade which has something for everyone - great for a rainy day! Would highly recommend staying here!

The house was great, we felt right at home here. There was so much wildlife. A beaver pond around the corner that we checked out and watched them swim, multiple deer on the lawn at dusk, beautiful area. I would definitely recommend this plane for any kind of get away.

The house was exactly how it was described. It was a perfect location for getting to and from Dreams Park.

What a great spot to stay while our son played at All Star Village! Can’t beat the location, private refuge less than 5 minute drive to the complex. Beds in all 3 rooms are extremely comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked with everything that we needed and the dining and living room area are comfy spots to rest after watching baseball all day! Hannah is very friendly and responded to all of my questions within minutes. Nice fire pit area out back. The neighborhood is very quiet and feels very safe. Beautiful scenery surrounds the area. Hope to be able to stay again when our other son visits Cooperstown in a few years.

My family and I had a perfect weekend. We enjoyed the deck and view, weather permitting. It was very clean, comfortable and perfect for our needs. Thanks Sameer for being a big part of a memorable weekend.
