Stayed a weekend for my wife's birthday. She wanted someplace quiet and this place fit perfectly. The sound of the river through the house was great. The place was clean and well stocked with required items. The yard was well kept even though the winter had just passed. Bedrooms were clean. The linens and blankets were not cheap quality. We didn't really use the kitchen to cook but it seemed like everything required to do so was there. Overall we got exactly what we wanted and as described in the ad. A wonderful, clean and incredibly peaceful property to relax and decompress

This house was better than the pictures. It is absolutely amazing- gorgeous and clean. The hosts thought of every possible detail to make our stay special. They are not super hosts - they are Super Duper hosts !! They should teach a class on how to host an air b n b. The house was huge , beds perfectly comfortable, hot tub clean, gym was convenient, tvs everywhere and a working fireplace. There were 9 of us and we still had plenty of room. We all had a relaxing trip- we can’t wait to come back. Hosts responded quickly and were pleasant and helpful. If you have a large group , I don’t think you will find a better house!

Nice cabin in close proximity to Cooperstown. Great communication, friendly and welcoming. Good rental for kids. Will definitely stay here again

The house is lovely - It was tempting to just spend all day on the couch, relaxing and watching the weather change through the glass wall. Such a beautiful, restorative place for all you could want. Reading, napping, cooking, playing games, walking/hiking. Truly great options for all tastes in vacation activities. The fireplace was cozy, the hot tub was fab. The house is clean and had all we needed. It's peacefully tucked away, but a quick (and gorgeous) drive to Delhi, Hamden, and other little towns with excellent restaurants and shops if you feel like being out and about. The hosts are incredibly helpful, experienced, and kind: Everything is completely thought out and easy - from check in, to using everything in the house, to local reccos. In our case, they were super accommodating when we had a last minute timing issue. Couldn't ask for more and would return in any season -

Absolutely loved this house, this lake and surrounding area. The house was ideal for us. We had a full house with 10 guests for our son’s wedding. Could not have been more perfect. Adults loved the house, spa and views. Grandkids fell in love with the lake and dock. (And pet carp!) Rich was very helpful with questions and left clear instructions (and wonderful stories) at the house. We talked about coming back even before we left. Cheers!

Easily accomodated our large group with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and the large living room/dining room space for us to gather. Plenty of kitchen equipment for us to prepare meals and loved the extra sink and bar area for food prep. The fake fireplace was great with the temperatures outside below freezing. Lovely back wooded area with the brook to see from the back porch. Hosts were quick to respond and their home was beautiful.

We had the best stay at Cape Curveball while our son played at Cooperstown All Star Village! Sabrina was very responsive before, during, and after our trip, and the home was just perfect for our family! My kids loved the trampoline and I loved the easy access to a washer and dryer, and the proximity to CASV. Truly the best home away from home!

What a fun stay! Great house, cool grounds, pretty lake. The washer/dryer is clutch. Kids loved the boats!

Dave's property was the perfect choice for our overnight trip to Cooperstown with another couple. Located on a quiet country road, it's only a couple of miles to the Hall of Fame in one direction and Ommegang Brewery in the other. The house was spotless and very comfortable, and has been totally updated with everything one needs. Highly recommend!
