Relax with a glass of wine at the smoke-glass table under a Murano chandelier or have an espresso on the charming terrace with beautiful climbing plants and seasonal flowers. Beside the beautiful park of Villa Pamphili for visiting, jogging and walks. Few steps from the apartment there are: supermarkets, open markets, excellent restaurants, shops, bars, one open 24 hours with happy hour and restaurant open until midnight, post office, pizza and ice cream parlors, all kinds of shops. Close to the main historic attractions but out of the caos and noise of bars and pubs open till early morning. It is luxuriously comfortable and cured in every detail and we hope you will feel at home! All the house is Wifi connected with fast fiber navigation. Unlimited hot water supply. We can supply cot free of charge. The apartment is accessed from the ground floor of the main entrance of the building (which has also another entrance from the garage area 2 floors below) and the windows are on the first and second floor. It is also possible to rent the main apartment without the studio as visible from my profile on my other page of the Plus listing. Just renovated, it accomodates both old and new, like Rome itself. The main apartment has a spacious entrance, a sunny elegant sitting room, rare to find, with beautiful original marble floors and a splendid Murano chandelier, a pretty terrace, where smoking is allowed, where to relax and 4 beautiful double bedrooms with Queen size beds. The connecting studio can be prepared with twin beds or a double. It has it's independent entrance and a well equipped kitchen corner with fridge, electric kettle, toaster ecc and a lovely modern stone bathroom with wide shower and Led illumination. All bedrooms have their ensuite bathrooms, flat screen TV and hot and cold airconditioning and locks on the doors. They are all in different styles and colors, with high quality mattresses and linens, duvets in winter months, wide windows and spacious wardrobes. 2 bathrooms have jetted tubs and cromo lights. Tubs are divided from the bedrooms by a glass panel and are conveniently positioned so that you can even watch TV while relaxing in your bath! The other 3 bathrooms have showers. You will find hairdryers in all the bedrooms and an iron with ironing board. The dining area has plenty of sitting place and a french window onto a charming terrace shaded and secluded by trees. There is a modern fully equipped kitchen with french window onto a balcony where you'll find the washing/dryer machine and outside sink. Born as a family home it has a characteristic unique blend of new and old. Memories of it's past in the antique books, records and paintings together with modern comforts and art. It conserves original precious marble floorings and some antique pieces like the magnificent original Venini Murano chandelier and the antique sofa in the sitting room close to modern design. Our guests can relax and rest in the lovely spacious sitting room, maybe after a warm bath in the jetted tubs and enjoy cooking if they wish in the new modern fully equipped kitchen with electric oven, 5 burner cooker, dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge and freezer. There are also an electric Espresso/cappuccino machine, electric kettle, toaster, juicer, blender, plenty of crockery and all cooking utensils. We have given all rooms a different name: - St. Peter's. A modern spacious room with parquet flooring window and french window onto private balcony. You'll be everywhere in minutes The apartment is near the Vatican City, 15 minutes walk from S.Peter's Square and from Vatican Museums, a short bus ride from Navona Square and Campo de' Fiori, 10 minutes by underground from Spagna Steps and Piazza del Popolo. Connected to Stadium directly by bus 31. Bus stops across the road with direct lines to St. Peter's, Piazza Venezia (beginning of Forum walk to Colosseum), Trevi, Pantheon, Piazza Navona ext. The underground is at 900 mts walk and there is a taxi station just across the square. Metro Line A connecting Piazza del Popolo, Spanish steps, Barberini ext to Termini train station and from there Fiumicino Airport. Perfetto per famiglie e amici! Benvenuti nella nostra grande casa, ristrutturata ed arredata con gusto al CENTRO di uno dei quartieri PIU' BELLI ED ELEGANTI DI ROMA, CASALPALOCCO, immerso nel verde! Controlla la mappa tra le foto seguenti, è a Casalpalocco solo se dentro la mappa, se fuori non è Casalpalocco. Ad un minuto dal shopping c. LeTerrazze con negozi, supermercato, ristoranti. Dopo una giornata da turisti per Roma, la casa è perfetta per riposarsi e ricominciare alla grande!

Stazione FL3 per il centro e Parcheggio recintato

Una verde oasi in città priva di rumori, con un ampio terrazzo soleggiato e 400 metri di giardino. Il parcheggio è recintato e chiuso da un cancello. Il treno metropolitano FL3 è a 400 metri e ha stazioni di collegamento con le altre metro (A e B) per giungere a Fontana Trevi, Colosseo etc. Giunge in 20 minuti a San Pietro, in 25 minuti a Trastevere . I bambini dispongono di altalene, cavalluccio e porta di calcio.
