Amy & Chris were extremely hospitable - every question immediately answered, checking in and out was seamless, and the interaction friendly and responsive. We had no complaints - coffee was available, the loft clean and well-stocked, and peaceful. Great for our little two day stay!

We stayed at Kelly’s condo during a short Christmas trip. We really enjoyed the stay. It’s right in downtown Grand Haven with easy access to the restaurants and shopping. Very clean. The high ceilings have it an open feel. We would definitely stay again.

Amazing location, incredibly comfortable and welcoming place! The communication was great and lots of space to spread out. We will definitely be staying again!

The condo was comfortable and tastefully decorated. The keypad for entry worked well. We enjoyed the view of the water and boats and it was nice to walk along the river and in the town. Access to Grand Haven was easy as well.

This rental was amazing! About 15 minute walk to the main drag. Very easy to get in and was in a very safe area with lots of nearby restaurants. Condo was extremely clean! Only small critique point was finding which building our unit was in since both are mirrored to each other. Would absolutely stay again!

Exactly as pictured. Beautiful & comfortable rental. The beds are VERY comfortable. The condo is VERY clean. I didn’t know I needed a heated towel rack until now …. Such a nice perk in the bathroom! We parked & walked everywhere. Sunset on the pier was gorgeous. Loved eating at Lucy’s (happy hour specials), Grand Armory, Blue Porch (happy hour specials), Anna’s (best chilaquiles ever), Arturo’s Tacos (Monday’s they have $1.50 tacos), drinks at Odd Side Ales with a sandwich fm the Toasted Pickle, Fricano’s pizza, etc etc. The food scene is wonderful with many restaurants having happy hour specials or all day Sunday specials. We plan to make this an annual trip & would love to stay in the same place.

We had a wonderful stay in Grand Haven and the condo was in a great location, walking distance to everything. The condo was as described and Steve gave very detailed instructions on how to access the building/condo. It was nice to have our vehicle parked inside the parking garage and not have to try to find a spot in the lot. The balcony gave a perfect view of the musical fountains, along with good people watching. We will definitely consider renting this unit again in the future.

-Easy to follow instructions to check in and fast response to messages. -Almost brand new 2 story condo with great view. -Complete list of kitchen and laundry amenities (new) -Wall mounted A/C units can be noisy, I wish they have screens on the patio door and windows so we may not need the air conditioners. -Easy to park. We enjoyed our 6 day stay in this beautiful place!

Jonathan’s place was a great place to stay! There was so much to do around the area and it was in walking distance of everything! I would recommend this play and definitely would stay here again!

This was a great place for us. We were in West MI visiting family for the week and it worked perfectly for all that we wanted to do. Easy access to north and south highways, great downtown and restaurants and clean and comfortable accomodations! Stress free! Thank you!!

This condo was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The location is seven minutes from the beach, boat rental and restaurants. The value was great. I would happily stay here again.

We stayed over a week and it was very nice and peaceful. The condo was very clean and extremely cozy, felt like a home. The view off the balcony is great and Brad is an excellent host, always quick to answer any questions. I would definitely recommend it!
