Otter Rock Surf Yurt

Pet Friendly and Ocean Views! The Otter Rock Surf Yurt overlooks the Devil's Punchbowl beach and an easy walk to Beverly beach, Mo's West Chowder & Seafood, Flying Dutchman Winery, Pura Vida Surf Shop, and Cliffside Coffee & Sweets. The Yurt is equipped with a full kitchen, bathroom and shower, gas heat stove, WiFi/TV, BBQ, and outdoor shower. BYOB - bring your own bedding, with two futons and oversize Paco Pads (firm), we recommend bringing extra blankets for padding and chilly coastal nights.

Siletz Riverhouse - We are Unique! Let's Talk!

Dock is unavailable! It's summer on Siletz River which can be fun, but with a caveat. Our dock is inaccessible and not available for guest use. Guests may still enjoy the house and deck, but without access to our dock or river from the house due to major floods in December and March ‘26. We are in the process of river bank reclamation, but it will not be completed by your requested dates. Also, we are a remote location without Internet, WiFi, or cell service, but offer peace and quiet instead.

An oceanview outdoor shower, fully decked hot tub, fire pit, lush gardens, & stocked surf shack w/ arcade enrich the wild coast experience.

World Class Views: Proposal Rock Ocean Front Condo

Our small STUDIO “jewel box” condo looks out on to two merging, clear, fresh water creeks, sandy beaches, tide pools, layered cliffs, the Ghost Forest, and is surrounded by a national forest. It has: full kitchen, bath, queen bed, pull out twin trundle bed (best for kid but can sleep adult). It’s been full renovated to make it our dream getaway! Neskowin has a good wine/deli/market on site. Please reference pictures to see the trundle bed twin + last pic for location off US Hwy 101.

Mermaid's Rest Oceanfront A Frame Pet Friendly

Mermaid's Rest is a small, 1969 A-Frame in the small oceanfront community of the Alpine Chalets. We are set in a forested, high-bank oceanfront 7-Acre setting at Otter Rock, along with 10 other privately owned chalets. The community shares a private path with access to the best surfing beach in the area! Restored to a 1969 vibe, fans of vintage A-Frame villages, surfers, and free spirits will love this spot.

The Swell House

Otter Rock house that offers a comfy atmosphere and immediate access to great surfing and beach-combing! It's an ideal choice for families wanting to get away for a wonderful vacation. The oceanfront Devil’s Punchbowl Park is only two blocks away, and provides direct access to the beach via a wooden staircase. Here you'll find The Carriage House, an enchanted cottage with views of tiny Dragons Cove, Laughing Gull Island, and the majestic Perpetua headland, highest point on the Oregon coast. It's hard to imagine a more pristine oceanfront setting. Two dozen harbor seals congregate and birth their young on the island.
