We had the best stay at Jockey Ridge. Two adults, a 10yo and a dog. The space was beyond perfect, inside and out! The location was EXACTLY what we hoped for and more. The host was as fantastic as the property. Her attention to detail didn’t go unnoticed. We forgot a couple things, and to our surprise, it was included. Sound machine, etc. even poop bags for the dog! And a chew bone waiting for him outside. She made our vacation seamless. Not to mention being able to walk out the door and hike the beautiful sand dunes. Our 10yo loved sand boarding on a boogie board that she provided. We tried all the restaurants she suggested, and more. They were all a hit. What a special place! We booked it from what we saw online, out of hundreds of other locations, and something drew us to this place. And in person, it was better than we could have ever imagined. We hope to do it again next year, and maybe a couple times in between, too! Thank you Jockey Ridge. You made memories forever!

We loved our stay at Karen’s place. The apartment is very comfortable, and the views are spectacular. I wish we had more time to enjoy the offerings. We hope to come back again!

2nd time staying here the location is perfect for walking the boardwalk or around town. The kitchen is just enough for 2 and the hot plate made for easy eggs for breakfast. We will defintely rent this place again!

Nice small studio at a great price. Less than 10 minutes from hatteras landing marina for charters or if you want to hop on the ferry.

I had an amazing few days at Jayme's place. Everything was exactly as described. I look forward to returning. This may sound like a cliche, but it truly is a hidden gem. The apartment is spacious and welcoming. Perfect for a small family or getaway with a few friends. I was able to visit with my family, while having my own quiet space where I could work in the day and see my kids/grandkids in the afternoons and evenings. Just steps away, you can rent a bike and go anywhere. The area is also very walkable. A wonderful restaurant is also just steps away from the property. Everything is very close, including groceries, restaurants, and things to do. And, of course, there is a very easy short stroll to the beach so no worries about looking for parking :) Jayme is super friendly and helpful. It was a treat to meet her. I don't think I have ever met a host in person. I have been fortunate to have wonderful AirBnB experiences, but this has been one of my best.

Beautiful & peaceful home!! Walkable to many places and the beach. Tiffany was incredibly helpful & went out of her way to make sure we had a long list of suggestions for things to do, restaurants, etc. Spending time in the backyard was lovely. We will absolutely be back!!

This studio was perfect for the two of us. It was very clean and nicely decorated. Everything looked brand new. The location was spectacular and we enjoyed sitting on the deck to enjoy the scenery and the peacefulness. In addition to the lovely area, the studio was in walkable distance to everything such as the beach, restaurants, the Whalehead, the park, the horse tours ( which we did), and the lighthouse, which was right down the street. We loved riding the bikes which were included with the rental. We would love to go back.

Really enjoyed the condo it was a perfect base camp for a variety of activities in the OBX. There was a well stocked kitchen which was great as we did a lot of home meals. The condo was nicely decorated, and the beds were super comfy! James was easy to contact and communicated back quickly if asked a question. Was a great stay.

This place was perfect for our family with teens. There was something for everyone to do and enjoy. Sunrises and sunsets were beautiful! Quick walk to beach, restaurant, and coffee shop for when we wanted to venture out. We enjoyed the hot tub, kayaks, paddle board, and games. Living room and dining area held all six of us very comfortably. We are already looking at when we can come back! Bonus: The house was well stocked with dishes, cookware, cleaning supplies, and towels. The host thought if everything!

This house was perfect for what we needed, plenty of space and great surroundings. If you like water, there is a canal out back and the sound out front with kayaks and paddle boards available for use.

Our family and pets loved staying here. The home was beautiful and the fenced in yard made it so convenient with kids and dogs. and the husband could just fish right off the pier. The host even let us check in early. We would definitely stay again!

I had a wonderful stay! Dana was a fantastic host, and Kim, the co-host, made sure everything was seamless from start to finish. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and stocked with an ample amount of supplies that made the getaway even more comfortable and easy. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, which made settling in effortless. Communication was clear and prompt, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The host, Nicki, was wonderful to work with. She was very informative, helpful and quick to respond with any questions that we had. The home and surroundings were beautiful. The house was extremely clean, open and inviting and the views from the property and grounds were absolutely stunning. We will definitely consider future stays with Nicki and even possibly at this home again in the future.

I had been looking forward to this trip as an opportunity to make memories with our young adult children and it did not disappoint! The home was very clean, and sunrises from the dock were beautiful. The four bedrooms provided ample space for everyone yet the layout made it cozy and inviting. We enjoyed fishing off of the dock, close proximity to Manteo, and interacting with the friendly neighbors of the four and two-legged varieties. We had an amazing time! We typically never stay at the same home twice when we travel, but we loved our time at ‘Always Sonny’ and hope to return very soon!

The house is in Duck. It was easy to find and the neighborhood amenities were lovely and well maintained. The house was well equipped and in good condition. The only updates needed are the outdoor cushions. The property manager was available and responsive and we were grateful for his quick and helpful responses. We hope to return soon!

Top to bottom this was the best airbnb experience I have ever had, the house was even better than the pictures and the house had everything you could possibly need. I would stay there over and over. It is so beautiful and peaceful there, so much to do, the hosts answered all my questions and accommodated an earlier check in which was great because we had been driving for two days. Truly no notes 10 out of 10 experience

Our stay was pretty perfect! The views were amazing and the condo was comfortable. Easily accessible, very close to a lot of really great places like Swells’a Brewing brewery, which is a 5 minute walk. Gene was very responsive and helpful, he made the stay a breeze! The condo was so clean and felt like home. We will definitely stay again.

Exactly as expected, pictures say it all! Very clean, easy to communicate with the host, well appointed condo. With 4 kids, it can be tough to find something everyone likes to do, no problem with the recommendations and coupons! Thank you!! I really appreciated the communication I had with Dave as we definitely walked to the local grill next-door and had an amazing dinner! I thought it was a great location, could see the ocean and sunrises and public access to the beach was just a short walk! It was great. Thanks Dave!

This was a wonderful place to stay-quiet, peaceful with lots of light and a beautiful view from the deck! The condo was beautifully appointed. It was also easy to get to the National Seashore. An added bonus was an easy ride to hook up with the bike path!

Great small community where we felt very safe and at home. Close to many places to explore. We were on the ferry to Ocracoke in 5 minute drive from the place. Amazing views from top deck!
