Within walking distance from Taaibosch, Pink Valley and Avontuur Wine and stud farm. Just across the R44 Ken Forrester Wines is luring. For the outdoor enthusiasts Helderberg provide trails for hiking and mtbiking and our dam covers swimming, rowing and sundowners.

Lily Pond, is a luxurious guest house just an hour and a half from Cape Town. Lily Pond is set on a natural pond brimming with incredible bird life, creating a serene atmosphere unmatched anywhere else. With no other cottages in sight and located on a picturesque wine farm, it offers a rare blend of privacy and luxury. Although it is styled as a one bedroom, two person cabin, there is a queen sized open pod attached to the living room which can sleep 2 children or an extra guest and can be made up for small extra fee. Almond cottage is set back from the lake and enjoys views of farmland and mountains.

This versatile thatched roofed cottage is centrally located in a private setting offering contemporary country comfort with a dash of history. It is one of the two cottages located on the owners property with its own entrance and secluded garden. The cottage consists of 3 en suite bedrooms furnished with king sized beds. The rates are based on 2 people sharing a room. Using additional rooms comes with an additional charge. Pets are permitted on request at an additional charge.

Heidi’s Barn, Franschhoek

Situated on a small holding 5km outside Franschhoek, opposite the exquisite La Motte Wine Estate, Heidi’s Barn offers the perfect self-catering base from which to explore the Winelands. A fire pit, outdoor dining area and a large swimming pool (shared with one other cottage) are perfect for summertime relaxation while an indoor wood-burning fireplace and wooden floors throughout make for a cosy winter escape. The barn runs on mains power with solar back up for load shedding.

The cabin is situated right on the edge of the Bot River lagoon. Has a big garden and the views are fantastic! Within walking distance of the beach and close to communal pool and tennis courts. Cozy 2 bedroomed double-storey log cabin, with two bathrooms. Queen size bed, double bed and single bed on the mezzanine. The wild horses often graze in front of the cabin and at times there are hundreds of terns and flamingos! Fully equipped for self-catering.

The architect-designed house mixes inside/outside space with plenty of room for family.. Explore wetland, river and the Langeberg mountains. With plenty of comforts this spot is paradise for children, dogs and a retreat for adults.
