Our solar powered cottage is the ideal place to enjoy a relaxing getaway in Onrus. Mere minutes from Hermanus, the cottage is located within walking distance from the beach and various tidal pools in the area. Fitted with solar panels, battery and inverter, the cottage has back-up power and is ‘loadshedding proof’. For larger groups you can book Lente Cottage (3 doors down) & Protea Cottage together for 12 guests.

Treyntjes Rivier Cottages

Treyntjes Rivier Cottages are about 9 km from Caledon and 25 km from Hermanus. It can accommodate up to 4 persons Two bedrooms each with their own en-suite bathroom. The main bedroom with a king size bed, the second bedroom with 2 single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped and the living area offers couches, Smart TV and WIFI Braai facilities are available in the garden. We no longer allow brides or grooms to get ready at our cottages on the day of their wedding. No day visitors

Under milkwoods

This house is built directly above a secluded beach in Gordon's Bay. It has five majestic milkwood trees and an indigenous garden. The sea is often calm and the sandy beach is suitable for children. There are rock pools and cormorants and seals in the bay. The harbour and the village are within walking distance. The house sleeps four people, but only one bedroom is fully enclosed; the rest of the house is open plan. Louise will be there to welcome you on your arrival.

Welcome to freestanding Kaleidoscope Cottage, nestled among the Hibiscus trees with a private varandah overlooking a 25 m pool. It is part of Wil Ahhh - a private property, 5minutes from Grotto Beach. It is designed to celebrate the outdoor lifestyle of Voëlklip, the beach suburb of Hermanus and its beautiful sea and mountain landscape.
