Little Crossways is a spacious single story property suitable for 2/4 people and is situated in the Hamlet of Strettington, over looking the downs and very close to the Goodwood Estate. Goodwood House is only a 10 min walk which hosts the Festival of Speed. The Race track and Aerodrome is a 2min drive away which hosts the Goodwood Revival and Members Meeting. Not forgetting the Horse racing just 10mins drive away, with many meetings during the summer including the famous 'Glorious Goodwood'

Fisher Dairy offers high quality self catering accommodation in a converted Sussex barn on a quiet working farm south of Chichester, West Sussex, it is all on one floor with under floor heating, an open plan living area with a wood burner, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms and family bathroom. The garden is fully enclosed with a picnic bench and BBQ. Sally is a 200hr registered yoga teacher. If you are interested in a yoga flow for any ability please message me to enquire.

In addition, there are numerous country walks and cycling trails close by.

Entire self contained barn in Oving near Goodwood

The Cart House dates back to the 18th century and is set within our grounds in the hamlet of Colworth, near Oving. The conversion was completed in July 2021 and is renovated to a very high standard offering the perfect couples getaway in the countryside. The luxury annexe is situated a short drive away from Goodwood, The South Downs, Chichester and The Witterings and is walking distance to the pretty village of Oving - sadly as of March 2025, the local pub is closed due to a fire.

The Cottage at The Dene - With Goodwood Healthclub

We have now completed a major renovation of the cottage and are taking bookings. The cottage combines chic luxury with a country touch, and provides a private location close to the amenities of Roman Chichester, Arundel with its impressive castle and quaint shops, and the facilities of the Goodwood estate. This small self contained furnished space is situated in a quiet location and perfect for one person. Close by there is a convenience store and a range of interesting cultural and historical places to visit as well as pleasant seaside towns offering long walks along the seafronts and restaurants/ cafes serving local seafood specialities. Take a break and unwind at this peaceful space or book this private space for work and business trips.

Part of our private home in the pretty Sussex village of Oving, The Barn has its own independent access & facilities,. The Barn is conveniently located for a wide variety of local attractions from blue flag beaches to The South Downs & Goodwood, A knowledgeable & helpful, yet discrete, host is on hand to help you plan your visit.

The Garden Lodge.

The lodge, which is in our garden, is in the beautiful village of Oving. Visit the beautiful West Wittering Beach (20 minutes drive) Chichester and Goodwood (10 minutes). It sleeps 4 (1 double and one single in the bedroom and a small double sofa bed in the living/kitchen space) but best suits 3-4. Groceries can be bought from Sainsbury's, 10 minutes by car.
