The ground floor of the property consists of lounge/diner with table that sits 5. There’s an L-shaped sofa that converts into a double bed and 42” LCD. Kitchen consists of microwave, kettle, fridge, single plug in induction ring and toaster and all the essentials you need. The ground floor has underfloor heating so it’s cosy warm. Upstairs is a king size bed, large bedroom, fantastic walk-in shower, smaller sofa bed and area to hang your stuff up. There’s even space for your four legged friend.

Welcome to my one bedroom contemporarily decorated ground floor space. A bedroom with a king-size bed, a toilet and an open bath, and a tea area are all private for you. Ideally situated at Marston, the house is located in a quiet area and provides easy access to the heart of Oxford, John Radcliffe Hospital. One off road free parking is available. House rules: Volume must be kept down between 10.30pm to 7am to minimise disturbances to others. Water pipes can be loud. Strictly no party or event.

An ideal place to touch base if you are looking to escape to the countryside and explore what this picturesque area has to offer. Chipping Norton has great transport links with regular bus services to Woodstock, Oxford, Banbury and Stratford-upon-Avon. There are train stations in two nearby villages, Kingham and Charlbury, both with direct train links to London.

We live in a lovely old cottage in the heart of Eastleach a quintessential Cotswold village. There are beautiful footpaths and cycle routes from the front door and a superb pub, The Victoria Inn a 3 min walk away. Most, if not all the Cotswolds most sough after pubs restaurants, and tourist attractions are very close by. Inc Bibury, Burford, Broadway, Bourton on the Water, Lechlade and Cirencester. We are perfectly located if you are attending a wedding at Cripps, Stone or Oxleaze Barn.

Close to the centre of Chadlington and the nearby Cafe, which offers breakfasts and light meals, the Tite Inn and local deli and butcher's shops, the Studio offers peaceful and comfortable self-contained accommodation in a lovely garden setting at Sandys House (Grade 2 listed) including kitchen, shower-room and living / creative space with wifi. Short walk to town for restaurants, and shopping. Private parking and access to the lodge.
