Loved the location and the shepherds hut was perfect! Great for a night or two in an idyllic setting with stunning views, great walk and the perfect perch pub within a few mins walk away. The log fire burner was a bonus providing a warm cosy atmosphere. I loved the sound of the birds singing as well.

We had a lovely stay in Lynn's little cottage in their garden. She had some great recommendations for walks in the area, and we felt right at home. Has everything you could ever need here! Would definitely recomend

Lovely and peaceful getaway in this gorgeous cosy cabin. Perfect for a couple or small group wanting a long weekend near the Cotswolds. Short distance from Charlbury station and chipping Norton. Hosts were very friendly and informative. Overall lovely experience and would come back again😊

5 stars all round. Highly recommended. This was a great place to stay. An easy walk from the train station (<10 min). In the centre of Charlbury, only minutes from nice pubs, restaurants and the local co-op, but still very peaceful and quiet. In a lovely garden with own outside deck and table. Bright and airy. Spacious enough for two. Good shower. Comfortable king bed with crisp linen. Cozy and comfortable sitting room. Charlbury is a beautiful town with easy train and bus links to London, Oxford, Woodstock (Blenheim), etc. And gorgeous surrounding countryside with great walks. Martin and Helena were generous friendly hosts. We really appreciated a late check out so that we could enjoy a leisurely countryside walk on our last morning. Many thanks!

Perfect for our short stay in Milton Keynes, hut was lovely and was nice to have some tea and biscuit provisions. Easy check in and a beautiful area to be set up at. Hut is right next to the farm house and store. Fortunately we had no noise from either. Overall very pleased, only slight issue was that the bathroom fan wasn't working (or we couldn't work out how to turn it on) so it got very humid in there, some signs of mould but could be related to the fan so I'm sure will get fixed soon.

Great host and wonderful place to stay. Had a really relaxing time and loved the fire pit and wood-fired hot tub. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely place to stay, little touches like pint of milk and chocolates in fridge were a pleasant surprise. Very clean and cosy

Overall, accommodation was great and everything went well. Things that I would like to point out. List of amenities these things are not correct. 1. Carbon monoxide alarm for the fireplace. The bedroom is not operational which is a hazard. 2. Coffee machine was not there. We asked and we were kindly given a jar instant coffee. 3. Outdoor to dining area doesn't exist. there is ourdoor furniture but not a dining area. 4. Outdoor kitchen doesn't exist either. They are correct, there is a BBQ as mentioned on the amenities , but that is not a outdoor kitchen. 5. I understand there is no Wi-Fi available. Which would I was okay with as I have 50GB of data. What I was not aware is that the location is in a virtually a signal dead zone there was one spot that we had to go to , if we wanted to receive our Whats-App messages. I would see this as an important thing to mention to people. Lastly , we had the lovely couple who lived at the corner who were available when we needed to ask questions.

A perfect, peaceful stay! The accommodation was absolutely amazing. Clean, smelt lovely, beautiful surroundings, private and very relaxing. The facilities were great, a lovely hot tub, outside & inside fire, BBQ and seating area. Surrounded by fields and horses. The host Ku is very friendly, helpful & accommodating. She showed us where we were staying and told us everything we needed to know. To top it all off we got engaged in this beautiful place!!

Great location to visit the surrounding Cotswolds and a quiet and peaceful place.

A perfect pod in a perfect setting, it was exactly what we were after for a few nights stay. Beautiful setting and well equipped pod, the tree hammock swings were a firm favourite with my 5 year old - as was the ‘massive tv that we can watch in bed’! Thanks Kirsty, we’ll definitely be back.

If it’s peace, tranquility and cuteness you are looking for then you’ve hit the jackpot with Georgina’s place. It’s in an idyllic location within easy reach of some of the most picturesque areas of the Cotswolds. Georgina has created a beautiful, cosy & inviting space in this unique AirB&B. Under The Owl Tree is the cutest shepherds hut with all you need to make a memorable stay. Waking up to the sound of “the Girls” (hens) clucking around was just a joy and gave an authenticity to a country retreat. Georgina was responsive, friendly and helpful as a host. Highly recommend.

The POD was amazing a home from home. Everything you want from your stay, clean, tidy and peaceful. It’s well equipped and has an amazing shower and bathroom plus the bed is extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here for a short stay or long stay a perfect host and accommodation.

Really nice stay here. Some of the amenities were missing but Laura was very responsive, instantly replied and stocked us up. Really nice to escape the city so would definitely recommend!

A lovely stay in the shepherd's hut at Bruern Farm, stunning peaceful location making it a great place for some r&r, with everything you could need. The fire pit a real bonus to take advantage of the weather we luckily had, lots to do and see. A great breakfast at the Bruern farm shop cafe, lovely trips to Burford (the garden co. is a must if your a gardener), food at The Fox in Barrington (lovely setting by the river) and The Old Shed.

We had a great stay in Aldbourne, made possible by the perfect place to rest up at the end of the day. The host was flexible with check-in, and very quick to respond to our messages. All in all, exactly what we wanted!

This place was truly stunning. The most beautiful location for a romantic and tranquil get away. With lots of wildlife visitors, picturesque views, we had the sunshine all weekend (we know we were very lucky) which added to the charm of the place. We had a wonderful cooked breakfast out on the decking. Our pups had the best time too. Getting to the boathouse was a little tricky, as the what three words didn’t take us to the entrance of the boathouse. Luckily we asked a local farmer, signal was a little scarce to contact the hosts. However once we got to the right track the instructions then became clear, we got to the boathouse gate, and had no problems whatsoever after that. I even did my own what three words and it still didn’t take us to the right place 😅 Absolute must if you’re looking to spend quality time with your family and enjoying the more natural side of life away from technology then this is the place to be!

Honestly the most peaceful sleep ive had in years the bed the surroundings just everything!!! It was so good for my soul this place definitely comming back without question.. Had a brilliant time the place is bigger then it seems in the pictures so clean and efficient..Thanks soo much again!

We had a great time at The Sheep Shed. The views surrounding the hut are beautiful, and you can see them all from an extremely comfortable bed. Lots to do exploring Bicester, Oxford and local village pubs! Highly recommend :)

We have just returned from a 3 night stay at Kingfisher Lodge, the lodge is absolutely beautiful set in such a stunning & peaceful setting. Gary was very friendly and gave us lots of recommendations of where to eat. Our little dog loved walking round the fishing lake. We would highly recommend staying at Kingfisher Lodge, we will definitely be returning.

wonderful hosts, very friendly and helpful. the cottage is located in their backyard and you both have complete privacy as well as use of the garden. i was made to feel very mucg at home and had wonderful exchanges with Brenda, who was the only there at the time I was living there. I can highly recommend it, a bit outside Oxford city but there is a bus nearbu going straight to town

absolutely amazing!! the welcome basket was such a treat, such a lovely stay and it was just perfect!! no faults at all.

We gad a great time at Emma's Shepherd's Hut. It was exactly as described in a lovely location that was nice and quiet.
