Hideaway carriage Norfolk broads

This romantic place to stay offers a history all its own. Hideaway in our old railway carriage. We have worked hard to convert this railway carriage to become a homely retreat. Sleeps two. Ideal to sleep, have some toast and tea and then go off and explore our beautiful surroundings of Norfolk. We have a mini fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave for light cooking. Our sister barn is next door which sleeps 4. Can be booked together. Please see availability. These are two separate bookings.

Unique and luxurious hideaway with private hot tub

The Coop is a unique one bedroom property that has it's own private wood-fired hot tub. It is the perfect hideaway, with lots of character, ideal for a short break or longer holiday. A great base to explore the Norfolk Broads (National Park) and the North Norfolk Coast (AONB) by car, foot or by bike. The Weavers Way footpath is right on the doorstep for walking and cycling. Only 20 minutes from the City of Norwich and walking distance to the beautiful village of Worstead with it's pub.

The Gables Cottage is a lovely place to have a little break and explore Norfolk’s beautiful countryside. Our cottage has recently been renovated and refreshed. There is a new super king Relyon bed and mattress, new shower, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge. Our location is very convenient being quite close to Norwich, broads and the stunning seaside. You could enjoy its cosy front garden or have breakfast on the patio at the back of the property. Onsite parking is available.

Little Owl Barn, Aylsham

Perfect for couples or families who appreciate spacious open plan living, Little Owl Barn is located in the heart of the Norfolk countryside on the outskirts of the historic market town Aylsham having been renovated in 2023. The property has been finished to a high standard offering comfort and peacefulness whilst maintaining all the original characteristics of an old barn. Here you can take yourself away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and relax to the sounds of nature.

The Cosy Cart Shed

The Cosy Cart Shed is a perfect retreat for couples or friends looking for relaxation in the Norfolk countryside. Located in the village of Buxton, in an off-road setting on a picturesque working farm. The Cart Shed is situated close to the wedding venues of Hautbois Hall and Oxnead Hall (which has a direct walking route from the guesthouse). Buxton village is located on the River Bure, perfect for fishing, canoeing, paddle boarding, dog walking and watching the local wildlife.

Jasmine Cottage, Buxton Norfolk, Sleeps 4

Set in the beautiful village of Buxton in the heart of Norfolk. Jasmine Cottage is the perfect peaceful getaway. This holiday retreat is fully equipped with everything you will need to make your stay a memorable one and can accommodate up to 4 people in two bedrooms. Jasmine cottage was built in 1828 and when you go through the doors you go back in time. A large brick fireplace with wood burner, for cosy night in, low wooden doors so mined your head and white washed walls.

One bed cottage in Aylsham, Norfolk

A perfect setting for couples in the heart of the Norfolk countryside on the outskirts of the historic Aylsham market town. 1 dog welcome, but not to be left alone in the property The Dairy forms part of Spratt's Green Farm and was completely renovated over 1.5 years, finished in July 2022. The property dates from the 1800s and whilst it now has all the nice bits you would expect, we have retained original features like exposed beams, old bread maker and copper boiler.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. It can accommodate two people privately or up to four people if you are happy to share. A cabin in its own private space, surrounded by the sounds of the countryside. Only 1/2 mile outside the village of Buxton. You will be visited by our free range guinea-pigs throughout your stay. There are USB points in the bedroom and sockets in the living area. There is a futon in the living area that can be made into a bed.

The Mill House - a Cosy, Historic Family Home

Enjoy a peaceful weekend at the Mill House, the historic home of a Norfolk milling family since the 18th century. Feel immersed in countryside life, with views of the historic watermill as well as the nearby River Bure and surrounding meadowland. Explore miles of countryside walks and river activities, with kayak and paddleboard hire available with your booking. Nearby, explore historic market towns, beautiful beaches and the Broads National Park.

The Beach House

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Situated on a private estate with a central communal green that leads down to the beautiful beach. There’s a lovely patio areas with gates that open onto the huge green that is great to kick a ball around on or play a game of badminton! There are a couple of benches at the edge of the green that you can relax on and take in the beautiful views of the beach and sea!
