We had friends retreat for 8 people. One of the best houses and client service we experienced. It has everything we needed and more! Everything is new, sparkling clean and high quality. Kitchen is equipped with professional appliances. Location is very close to fun activities, but you easily can stay at home and chill in pool, soaking tub and sauna. We definitely want to book this place again for the next year.

My stay at Aubrey’s mountain retreat was nothing short of incredible! Nestled in a breathtaking remote location, this getaway was the perfect escape from the busy city life. The views were absolutely stunning, and the peaceful atmosphere made for a truly relaxing experience. The home was spotless, well-equipped, and designed for maximum comfort while still allowing me to connect with nature. Aubrey was a fantastic host—attentive, responsive, and full of great recommendations. If you're looking for a secluded mountain escape, this is the perfect spot. I can't wait to return!

We loved staying at Shelli’s home in Monterey Dunes Colony. Every room was set up nicely and clean, and you could tell Shelli has put a lot of care into the home. There were 7 of us and each family member enjoyed their stay. We love staying at Monterey Dunes Colony because the location can’t be beat. Every home has their quirks but honestly we didn’t find any at Shelli’s. It was comfortable to hang out and enjoy the beach and scenery, and close enough to outdoor activities and the aquarium. The living room is set up comfortably for a big group, while offering privacy too. It was a restful and rejuvenating getaway! We plan to book again.

What to say. It was so peaceful we kept taking naps. It is a beautiful home nestled in a rolling hillside. The design is spacious with enough room to congregate with or separate from your travel companions. The backyard garden provides beauty and a home for a variety of birds, squirrels, and lizards. You might even spot a few deer at the top of the hillside. Sean and Wendy were great hosts. They responded to my requests quickly and went the extra mile to accommodate our requests. This is a definitely a home to return to.

Great location, great stay. Beautiful and comfortable space. Worked well for our family of 4. The third bedroom felt a little far away to have our littlest stay in alone but thankfully the second bedroom had a large bed for both kids. Wagon and chairs provided were great for the beach.

We loved every moment spent in this house ,especially the cats , the house was very comfortable, clean and cozy, I would definitely recommend this house .

Booked for my parents to stay at for my wedding. We were met with brownies and a wonderful home. Incredible views overlooking Carmel in a peaceful, private setting. It was everything we could have asked for and more. Highly recommend.

We had such a wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, we were wowed by the beautiful front garden. It was so peaceful and calm—like our own little slice of paradise. It really set the tone for a relaxing and happy getaway. The house itself was super charming and gave us that classic, cozy Carmel experience we were hoping for. Every little detail felt thoughtful and welcoming. Inside, everything was spotless and so well taken care of. It felt fresh, tidy, and super comfortable. And the bed—wow! Hands down, the comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in. I slept like a baby every single night and woke up feeling so rested. There was a little construction going on next door, but honestly, we barely even noticed it. It was really quiet and didn’t affect our stay at all. We still felt like we had our own private, peaceful retreat. The host was so kind, easy to communicate with, and very accommodating. It made our stay feel extra smooth and stress-free. We’re already dreaming of coming back!

Such a beautiful peaceful stay for our time exploring Monterey and Big Sur! We loved being able to walk right down to the beach! Perfect spot for our family to spend a long weekend trip.

Debra's place was great - she clearly put a lot work into making it a nice vacation home. The secret garden is very relaxing and the house was well stocked (coffee in the kitchen, toys and books for kids, TVs everywhere, gym essentials!). The aquarium and beachfront are really close.

The serenity this place radiates is like no other. My jaw literally dropped when we stepped through the front door. Inside, the home itself is magazine worthy, but that floor to ceiling view absolutely steals the show. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed. Check in was super quick and easy, communication was great. So close to the beach and restaurants and shops. We truly savored every minute of our stay.

Our stay here was fantastic - Santosh was responsive and provided clear instructions; the house was as presented in the photos, with lots of natural light; we enjoyed lounging in the beautifully decorated space.

I had asked to make an adjustment to our stay and Luyuan was proactive in accommodating our wishes. She was always friendly when contacting her, and responsive at all times. Her home is quiet, clean, and quite comfortable.

This Airbnb is a true hidden gem. It offers beautiful seclusion while being unbelievably convenient to nearby restaurants, shops, and local attractions. It’s also just a short drive to many of the area’s stunning state parks. If you’re looking for peace, tranquility, and the feeling of being immersed in nature — without sacrificing easy access to dining, shopping, and sightseeing — this is the place for you. Truly, it’s one of the nicest Airbnbs I have ever stayed in.

My husband and I truly enjoyed every day that we stayed at this gorgeous property. It more than exceeded our expectations. The views were stunning. The sunsets were magnificent. Very quiet and relaxing. The place was extremely clean and comfortable.

This is our second time visiting Pacific Grove at this location and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place with the beach across the street and is really walkable to local destinations.

Such a beautiful space and so easy to get around. Hosts were incredibly responsive and welcoming. Parking is easy but tight, so if your car is larger you might want to use the ample street parking. Easy either way.

Location! This is centrally located to Monterey, Carmel, Pacific Grove etc. Very roomy studio with ever you could think of and a super comfortable bed. Will definitely stay here again.

The home is so beautiful and had everything we needed to cook at home. Very walkable to downtown and in close proximity to Big Sur and Monterey to do little day trips there also. Ben and Julie were great hosts and left my fiancé and I flowers and chocolates on Easter and gave us great recommendations on what to do in the area. All around fantastic house, fantastic people, and a fantastic town to visit.
