The rental was very nice and clean. Leticia is very responsive and my grandma who is 96 years old was able to get in and out without any problems. The rental is very accessible even for individuals with limited mobility. I recommend 100%.

It was a really nice space they had everything you need. The area was amazing really close to the beach. The pool area was spacious. It wasn’t that noisy to much.

We has a great time staying at Kenneth's place. The location was perfect. A 5 minute walk to the gulf. We could even see it from our living room windows. Also a nice dock in the back which I could bird watch. Plenty of dishes and pots/pans. Bed was comfortable. Nice shower. Nice large TV. The only thing I would recommend as an improvement would be to add black out curtains in the bedrooms. Kenneth was always quick with responses if we had questions or issues. I would highly recommend this place and hope to come back next year!

The condo was absolutely perfect for a weekend trip to the coast! Clean, comfortable, with nice view of the water and easy access to the beach down the road. The restaurant/bar next door closed down, so no late night noise or anything to worry about.

Joy is great, very responsive. The place was pretty much as said I feel like important things should be clarified. The area felt safe and some of the view from the front porch was pretty and some not so much. The canal is pretty but there is a closed down business to the right that is an eye sore but I understand that isn't anyones fault. The front porch is shared and I think that should be mentioned. one porch two front doors. The entry door seems like it needs fixed or replaced. It gaps open quite a bit. I was kind of concerned by the fact someone could maybe pry it open. There is security on premises so it is probably unlikely and the place is quiet. If you have a taller vehicle know that it won't fit in the garage but there is outside parking. The height of the garage entry is about 6ft high. Nice amenities but the unit is definitely tiny. It is also and older unit. The bathtub also needed some maintenance. There were three of us and it was fine for us. For the price it was ok.

We had a great stay! Our only complaints would be the pool was closed for maintenance for 3 of the 4 days we were there. I understand this had nothing to do with Airbnb or our host, it was just a minor inconvenience. Also our balcony had 2 pigeons nested up in the lower corner. We were told to operate as normal, but sadly that was not possible with our pup. Both of these issues were communicated to me a couple days prior to our stay. I wish notice was given before paying the remainder of the trip, but also understand how that may not have been possible. Overall we had a wonderful time celebrating our Anniversary! The place was beautiful.

We really enjoyed this property! It's only a couple blocks from the beach, which was our main priority. It's small but all we needed as a home base for other activities (two adults and two young children). The host was fantastic, even going way out of her way to help us retrieve a very special stuffed animal that was accidentally left behind! Highly recommend the property and we will be back next year!

I recently stayed at this Airbnb, and it was an incredible experience! The house was exceptionally clean and spacious, making it perfect for a family gathering. The open floor plan created a welcoming atmosphere, allowing everyone to feel connected while still having plenty of room to relax. One of the highlights was the large deck overlooking the ocean. The view was stunning, and the deck itself was spacious enough for everyone to sit and enjoy the fresh sea breeze. A major bonus was being able to fish right off the deck—such a unique and fun experience! Overall, this Airbnb exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with plenty of space and breathtaking views, this is the perfect place. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful place, has everything you need, better stocked kitchen than anyplace we have ever been at.. Clean, decorated, everything you need. Comfortable furniture, great location, we like the secluded area away from the busy part of the town. We will definitely return

The house is in a good area. I loved the kitchen. The living room is spacious. Everyone had their space.

I can't say enough about this stay. The home was perfect! Impeccably clean and well decorated, spacious and airy we felt at home immediately. The location is also perfect a very short walk to the beach and close to bars, restaurants and shopping and the views are gorgeous. . The hosts were amazing. very responsive and helpful. We will definitely be staying here again.

Such a family friendly atmosphere. We enjoyed the canal such a beautiful relaxing vacation home . We actually stayed an extra day Than originally planned for. Will definitely make this an annual trip . If you are trying to find an Airbnb book this one.

Had a great stay at this charming efficiency rental near the beach in Corpus Christi! Just a short stroll to the North Padre Island beach, the rental itself was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host (Donald) sent very specific and understandable instructions for check in, check out, and operations of the facilities. I would recommend this spot for anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

great hosts. we booked a last minute trip and from the get go they were on it! when we arrived we had trouble getting in due to wrong key but they responded within minutes and were ready to send someone to help us get in. luckily we were able to fix through text and process of elimination, but they made it go smooth. 10/10 recommend.

My family and I loved our stay. The place is beautiful and we all loved the convenience of the location. Gorgeous sunsets/sunrises and close to the beach and fishing spots. Marilyn was very attentive and helpful throughout our stay and we’d love to come back!

Location was convenient. The condo was very clean! Linens smelled great! And the host was very quick to respond and very friendly! Only con is that the building is old and under construction. I’m sure it will be great once the improvements are done!
