Overall an amazing spot to stay and enjoy your days at SPI ! All items were included such as pots, pans, shampoo, body wash, etc. Environment was calm and peaceful, and pool was clean to get in. 5 minutes away from all your favorite restaurant’s!

Nice place! Gated apartments were close to all the fast food and restaurants. Easy commute to Space X.

This was my first experience with booking an Air BnB and it was a very pleasant experience. My sons and I spontaneously decided to come to Corpus Christi to enjoy the beach for the weekend and Laura was very accommodating. The condo was clean and comfortable. It felt like we were at home. However we couldn’t figure out how to lock the front door using the key pad. Nonetheless Laura was very responsive when this issue happened and helped us figure this out. We will definitely keep this rental in mind when we decide to return and need a comfortable place to stay.

Everything was Fantastic and we would definitely saty with Kathy Again! 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Un lugar cómodo muy cerca del aeropuerto de Bronwsville y además con fácil acceso desde el puente nuevo. Cómodo, muy espacioso y en un vecindario tranquilo. Es la tercera vez que me quedo aquí y todo ha estado excelente!

We loved the condo, it was perfect for our girls' trip. It was nice and cozy.

Jeremy’s condo is a treat to stay in! The views are amazing, local amenities are excellent and it’s a very short walk to the beach and pools. Jeremy was incredibly helpful and made us feel right at home. We will definitely be back!

Tracy was an amazing host! The place was super clean, cozy, and exactly as described. She made everything easy from check-in to check-out, and even gave some great local tips. You can tell she really cares about making sure her guests are comfortable. Would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Brownsville. Highly recommend!

We had the best time! The pool as so peaceful, and it was right outside our front door. Pictures don't do the place justice. We had an amazing time!

Estuvo muy bien a media cuadra del consulado, tenia clima wifi, agua caliente , agua para tomar ,shampo ,papel,microondas y frigobag,sábanas limpias y toalla la verdad super bien no se le puede pedir nada más

Great location close to hospital with very nice view. Irme is a great host with very quick response time to any questions or concerns.

I have been traveling for 3 years and this is probably one of the best places I’ve stayed in, the place is clean and has everything you need. The beds were super comfortable. The place has a nice modern look to it and looks amazing. Gina was also very communicative with me as I stayed there for about 4 months. Gina is just awesome over all!! I hope to come back again soon

Had a great stay at this wonderful, eclectic 1 bedroom. We loved the easy drive up access and the back porch for morning coffee. The beds were really comfortable and two bathrooms were an added bonus. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. The butterfly garden beach access was nearby and a neat spot. Blackbeards is a great, classic place to eat and Dollar General was half a block away for a quick grab. Walking our dog in the grassy areas nearby was very easy. Be kind and clean up after your pet. Enjoyed our weekend!

The house is very close to the beach. The hosts where very nice with us and seem like very nice people. I would stay here again if I returned to SPI.

My family and I truly enjoyed staying at the condo. The condo was clean, roomy, lots of seating, had all the essentials and some. The condo was very thoughtfully stocked with family games, books, kitchen, bath items above and more, definitely beyond what most condo host provide. We’ll definitely stay at the condo again if it’s available next time we’re on the island.

I had a great time. My daughter wanted to have her 16th birthday party at the beach and smitty & Marta’s place was in a perfect location. The beach was at the end of the street and easy walking distance from the condo. My family and I had a wonderful time and really appreciate them sharing their home with us for the weekend.

My boyfriend and I had a great stay. It looked just like the pictures and the view/proximity to the beach was amazing! The condo had basically everything we needed to cook some meals at “home” so we didn’t have to eat out for every meal. Lisa was very responsive and friendly. Highly recommend!

The place was amazing, it was a great price to pay for the location and quality of the home. There were a few things I want to address, the back of the toilet in the master bedroom looked as if there was a bit of left over vomit dried on it, there was a left over dried coffee filter in the coffee pot, and then my family was accused of smoking marijuana and was threatened by the host and HOA that they were going to call the Border Patrol and Police on us although they didn’t even try to investigate or get any proof. Other than these few problems, the place was great and we had an amazing time overall!

Great space for 1-2 people. Couch large, comfortable and lots of space to spread out and relax. 3 min walk to Whitecap Beach.

Amazing location really close to everything

“Perfect getaway spot in South Padre!” This condo was everything we hoped for and more! Everything inside was brand new, beautifully decorated, and spotless. It had a modern, beachy vibe that made us feel relaxed the moment we walked in. The location within the complex is ideal — just steps away from the pool, which was super convenient for quick dips throughout the day. The condo was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in South Padre. Highly recommend and would absolutely book again!
