Beautiful flat. There was construction happening when we stayed, however the place itself was wonderful and the host was also wonderful.

we verbleven 2 nachten in het verblijf. We hebben erg van ons verblijf genoten. Door vertraging op het vliegveld kwamen we later aan, maar dit was geen probleem en we kwamen zeer gemakkelijk binnen. De omgeving is erg mooi en er zijn een aantal leuke restaurantjes en barretjes te vinden.

Encore merci à Alessandro pour sa réactivité, l'accueil de sa maman et la flexibilité. Le logement était impeccable, propre et comme sur les photos. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en Italie. On était une équipe d'apneistes, la proximité avec Y40 était parfaite!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans un appartement très propre et conforme à l’annonce. Walter a été un hôte formidable, très accueillant et nous a donné de nombreux conseils utiles. La station de bus 4 L est à 200 m de l’appartement et le bus vous permet de rejoindre Venise en 15 mn. Tarif 3 euros par voyage mais si vous disposez d’un city pass vaporetto vous pourrez également emprunter les bus allant à mestre. L’appartement se situe à 10 mn à pieds de la gare, idéal pour prendre la navette bus menant à Trevise. En face de l’immeuble vous trouverez un supermaché ouvert tous les jour. The apartment is located outside of Venice, in Marghera area, which is perfect for those visitors who like to enjoy the city but also return to a quite private place away from cuty hustle for a peaceful night. It’s 15mins walking distance from the station where a bus takes you directly to Venice, or a tram to Mestre train station. The building as well as the apartment is new, secured and very well aranged. It was clean, with all amenities needed. Serena was an excellent host, very friendly and responsive, nice and professional. Her willingness to make the most of your stay as well as recommendations on restaurants & nearby places make her very welcoming and easy to communicate. Overall, a nice stay, would recommend this place!

I actually felt the place was NICER than the pictures showed!! (Usually the pictures make it look larger than it really is, and this was larger than the pictures showed!) Very very lovely, and right on the water. Close by a nice restaurant and just a very quiet and nice location.

Das Haus liegt wunderbar ruhig - außerhalb der Jagdsaison. Der Pool ist sauber und genug Liegen sind vorhanden. Wer ein breites Auto hat, bekommt Schwierigkeiten an der Brücke. Die Küchenausstattung ist mäßig, für schnell mal was machen reicht es aber. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, man kann sich nur mit italienisch durchwurschteln. Wir würden das Haus wieder buchen.

Die Unterkunft war wunderbar! Wir haben uns direkt wie Zuhause gefühlt 😊 es war alles da, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Das Bad war wunderschön und sehr sauber. Das Apartment war sehr schön eingerichtet und der Außenbereich war sehr gemütlich. Auch die Gastgeberinnen waren sehr freundlich und haben immer schnell auf unsere Fragen geantwortet. Wir waren mit dem Auto unterwegs und für uns war die Lage super.

Wir haben eine Woche in dem Haus verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Obwohl es in der gesamten Woche über 33 Grad warm war, war das Steinhaus angenehm kühl. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist wunderschön und ein toller Ort um sich aufzuhalten. In direkter Nähe beginnen tolle Wanderwege auf mittelschwerem Niveau.

Мы с семьей путешествовали по Италии и остановились на две ночи в этом приятном месте. Атмосфера большого дома была очень уютной и спокойной. Мы просыпались под пение птиц. Бесплатная парковка для нашего автомобиля находилась в нескольких метрах от входа. Marziano встретил нас и показал свой дом, подробно проинструктировал нас о том как работает техника в доме. К вечеру стало немного прохладно и Marziano, по нашей просьбе включил дополнительное отопление. В доме три спальни и три больших ванных комнаты. Советы Marziano по выбору ресторана были очень полезны. Мы посетили один из рекомендованных рыбных ресторанов. Это было замечательно. На машине было удобно добираться до всех интересных мест нашего путешествия. Спасибо Marziano за гостеприимство.

Excelente, sin duda alguna el mejor alojamiento en el que he estado. La casa es espectacular y el detalle de dejar cosas para el desayuno como jugos, café y dulces lo hace más ameno aun. 20/10!

We spent one lovely week in august in the "la rosa" appartement with our two kids (5 and 1 years old). We had a very pleasant stay at la Casa transparente. It was very hot (36°C all week) so we spent a lot of time in the Pool and the Garden. It was perfect for the Kids because there is so much to do in the garden (trampoline, a play house, a slide, different swings, Tyrolienne) everything is well looked after and neat! Maria Luisa and her husband were very kind and helpful hosts and were always there for a chat and offered us eggs, tomatoes or grapes from their wonderful garden. The appartement was neat and well equipped. We even had a baby bed, a highchair, a changing table and a washing machine and luckily airconditioning! We had a great time!

L’appartamento si trova in zona ottima ,vicino a Padova e Venezia .Ce tutto vicino un supermercato a due passi, bar e pasticceria. Funziona bene l’aria condizionata posto tranquillo si riposa bene la notte , lo consiglio

Posto molto tranquillo, abbiamo soggiornato in 4 e devo dire veramente molto comodo. Molto preciso nelle indicazioni e casa ben tenuta e pulita.. lo consiglio a chi si trova nella zona.. grazie

Lovely clean and peaceful apartment in a nice building in Treviso. Our host was super helpful and found us a restaurant booking when all of the local restaurants were fully booked. The apartment has a shared entrance which is fully described in the listing. Thanks for your hospitality!

Very bright, clean, modern, and comfortable property. Hot water was excellent!!! I would stay there again. Host was very responsive.

Roana est un hôte réactif et sympa. L'appartement est grand, propre, pratique et bien situé. Tout s'est bien passé. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Me pareció la mejor opción de Venezia para alojarse, un lugar muy amplio, muy tranquilo, muy seguro, grato y agradable. Todo muy cuidado, la decoración y la distribución parecen un hotel. Sin duda volveríamos nuevamente!!
