You can hang out at the bar, grab a seat at the huge island or just kick your feet up on the couch and enjoy the view through the big windows. Our home has AT&T internet for your work needs or to stream anything you’d like on the big screen tv. Take in the stars while toasting marshmallows at fire pit. Cast a line into the stock pond on the property (bass, catfish & crappie). Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Enjoy 10 acres of land while sitting in the backyard. The summer heat did not dry the pond and the bass and catfish are thriving! Bring fishing poles and enjoy time by the pond.

Cabin's decor based on local legend & Broadway hit, The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas, replete with the madam's bed. Fully stocked kitchen with coffee maker, microwave, & dishwasher. BBQ on the outdoor propane grill and enjoy a campfire under the stars (bring your own firewood). 2 miles off highway. Pets OK with a $30 per pet fee. Up to three. Good pups (+ owners) welcome. WE LIVE ON THE PROPERTY. WE KEEP BEES 🐝. 4 mins to Sherwood Forest. About an hour to Austin. 40 mins to Round Top. 20 mins from Bastrop State Park. The Snug is close enough to the areas many gems, but far enough away to feel like a unique getaway.
