Houndhead Barn is located in the heart of our delightful Devon village, Broadhempston, which is sandwiched between Dartmoor National Park and the beautiful South Devon coastline. The village is home to 2 pubs both offering great food and an award winning village shop with a wide range of local produce. The local town of Totnes is filled with shops, cafes and restaurants and has a national rail station. Broadhempston is near the A38 Devon Expressway putting Exeter and Plymouth within easy reach.

The Lodge is a beautifully renovated guest house. The property is designed for 2 people. The Lodge is adjacent to the main house and shares a drive. It is located in the heart of Stoke Gabriel village and 7 minutes walk to the river Dart, shops, pubs and the River Shack cafe. A lovely attached cottage, own private garden, parking space, shared use of the main house gardens and pool looking out to sea in the heart of the South Hams. A beautiful historic house renovated with cool retro decor, super-fast WiFi, hardwired TV with Netflix in a cosy sitting room. As a charming old building, the cottage has some low doorways that the taller amongst us need to be aware of! Great bathroom. Well equipped 'eat in' kitchen and comfortable bedrooms with fresh linen and towels.

Little Gables is located just outside the idyllic village of Dunsford on the edge of the Dartmoor National Park. An architect designed self catered guesthouse with boutique cabin style accommodation for two. The modern rustic interior is designed for a luxurious and comfortable stay consisting of a spacious open plan kitchen and living area with vaulted ceiling, bathroom with walk in shower and a built in emperor sized bed (2m x 2m) in the bedroom area with a bath (with a view) in the room.

Willows Retreat is situated in the grounds of our house, has its own private pattio area and hot tub, in a quiet cul de sac. Dogs welcome. (1) Not suitable for children. Parking allocated to you on drive. A few minutes walk from the beach, local shops, pub and peacefull park with lovely walks nearby. Town is just down the road. Many attractions close by including velo track, water park, lesiure centre, zoo, cinema, bumper boats, driving range golf course. Steam train, harbours, moors.

Welcome to 'Pumps Lodge' Built in 2018 and finished to a high standard this pretty timber cabin is set in a private spot within the gardens of our home in Denbury Devon. Inside there is a nice size living area including a kitchen. One bedroom with comfortable twin beds a shower room and a loft room with a low king size bed. (Limited head height). Everything is provided for a comfortable stay including towels bed linen and a welcome pack containing a few things to get you going
