This two bedroom maisonette is situated on the first floor accessed by steps (approximately ten) and is just a short walk from Brixham's quaint town centre and picturesque harbour. There are two bedrooms, a sitting room with open gas fire (looks like a real fire!) and dining table, and a television snug. There is a jacuzzi bath and the kitchen is spacious and well kitted out. Situated in the ancient Dartmoor settlement of Hookner, Lower Hookner Farm nestles between the heights of King Tor and Easdon Tor in a secluded valley at the end of a quiet lane. The picturesque village of North Bovey is about 2 miles away. The farm has woodland, fields and streams offering a profusion of wild flowers and wild life, which visitors are welcome to explore. In addition our gates give you direct access to the open moor and the Mariners' way footpath runs through the farm.
