We chose this place to film our thesis after seeing the photos. It perfectly matched the look and vibe we were aiming for, with its traditional Filipino feel. It's hard to find a place that allows filming, so we’re glad we were given permission to do so. The only downside was that it can get a bit loud outside, especially since it's surrounded by cafes, restaurants, and bars. People walking by can be noisy, and the vehicles passing by added to it, but it was tolerable and not that bothersome. Inside, the house was exactly as shown in the photos. The host was very responsive to my filming requests, and the staff was proactive and accommodating, even assisting with the production. There’s also a dog in the house, which we found absolutely adorable. We wish we could have stayed longer, so we’ll definitely be back to unwind and relax — no work next time!

it's my 2nd time here,. and ias usual, it did not disappoint. The place is perfect for either team building or gatheting with family. 😊

Both Charissa & Regine were exceptional in ensuring my stay at the Airbnb was smooth. Grateful to Charissa who was constantly quick to reply all my messages prior, during & after my stay! She resolved issues I encountered. She accommodated for me throughout my stay & also checked up on me where possible. Petite room with everything I needed inside!

Aa lot of places are well within walking distance and still offers a quiet neighbourhood

This is a spacious, simple, clean apartment with all the kitchen equipment you need. No clutter around. Two generous sofas. Almost at the top floor of the building, which has a spacious lobby. Gym and swimming pool available on floor 6. The host, Sweety (Rova June) is very responsive, and her helper, Ate Beth was always available next door if needed. One of the best neighbourhoods in Makati, near a nice park and very close to GreenBelt Outdoor Mall. A very good Airbnb in every way.

Just as most of the reviews, this place really is a gem in the metro. My friends and I had a wonderful stay, chilling with each other, and the place really entices conversations between its visitors. The host and the caretaker are so hospitable and assistive to us, made clear instructions and made sure we had what we needed. Thanks again! Definitely a reco!

Very accommodating. Very understanding. Need to check out almost 3pm due to unforeseen event. And she allowed us with minimal Fee.

The place was nice and clean. It is a comfortable stay for the four of us. We enjoyed the netflix and free pool access. The kitchen are nice with complete utensils to use from cooking to eating utensils. Although there are drain fly larvae found on the shower area, it is manageable. Hope they can add additional blanket and entertainment materials like boardgames, cards and karaoke. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The host was very responsive to all our questions and incredibly helpful throughout. The place was spacious, squeaky clean, and exceeded our expectations despite being a new listing. It was well-equipped with a complete set of kitchen utensils and cookware, including a rice cooker, kettle, frying pan, pot, and more. They also provided dishwashing soap and basic toiletries like towels, dental kits, shampoo, and soap. Additionally, its location is very convenient since it is near 7-Eleven and Uncle John’s, where you can easily buy emergency needs like water and other essentials. I am very happy we found this place for our quick staycation with my colleagues! The place is immaculate, aesthetic and complete! Me and my husband booked the apartment for 3 days and 2 nights - The check-in and check-out process was kinda easy. The apartment is really good value clean and comfortable - which is actually more beatiful than the pictures, and it is convenient to all the places we want to go to. The owner could not have done more to help us and answered any questions immediately, Ms. Gladys is very responsive and kind. We also enjoyed the swimming pool area. Nice place to stay and to relaxed. We are looking forward to our next visit. ❤️

My friends and I enjoyed our stay! :) The unit is spacious, aesthetic, and has great amenities. The host promptly requested maintenance to check on the AC when we thought it wasn't working. Self check-in was also a major plus since we had a morning activity and didn't have to worry about checking in late. Also, the roof deck was so nice! Wish we had stayed a bit longer :) Thank you!

Beautiful modern townhome on main thouroghfare. Best greeting ever for guests with fresh bread and fruits and personalized signage on the table. got used to the neighbors dog barking every morning and the traffic wasn't that noticeable at night. Private shared parking behind automatic gate was nice, super close to nightlife in poblacion.

My family and our dogs—especially our dogs—had an amazing time at the farm. The place is incredibly beautiful and peaceful, with plenty of animals to meet and activities to enjoy. From karaoke to exploring waterfalls, breathtaking sightseeing, and ATV rides, there’s something for everyone. Mr. Navyvan, the host, was very responsive to all my inquiries, and Ate Angie, the helper, was exceptionally kind. She even offered to pick up items from the market and accompanied us to the waterfalls. It was truly a wonderful experience for us all, and I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy nature with their family and fur babies. Thank you, Mr. Navyvan! We hope to return soon.

This is my go-to place whenever I'm in Quezon City. It's always clean, smells great, and is even more beautiful in person. The location in Eastwood is perfect—great restaurants and everything I need are just around the corner! Siri is incredibly friendly and always goes out of her way to make sure I'm well taken care of. Highly recommended!

We had a problem with our initial booking at another place. Thankfully, Eds was willing to accommodate us even an hour before check in. Eds was very proactive with our stay. Always a text away should we have any problem with the place (very minimal, btw). Place has a home-y feel. Very relaxing. Location is also very convenient as it is near restaurants and a grocery store next door. We had a wonderful time (my dog, especially). Will definitely be back soon!
