Hayloft at The Stables

A 2 bedroom first floor flat with kitchen, cosy living area, and bathroom, above our home on the ground floor. You share our front door, but access the flat through a door to the stairs immediately on entering the hall. Sleeps 4. Bedrooms are in the eaves, so have restricted head room in places. Excellent broadband. It was the hayloft above an old carriage house. A peaceful setting in pretty village, with a pub, a short drive to Diss. We live on the ground floor. Large garden, good parking.

Recently renovated 2 bedroom flat within easy access to the local amenities and attractions of Diss. The flat is in a quiet residential area with a small garden at the back. The flat has been decorated to a high standard with a retro twist, combining natural tones with mid-century furniture. There are 2 bedrooms, the larger double bedroom has a double bed, chest of drawers and hanging space. The smaller bedroom has 2 single beds. The flat includes all things necessary for a relaxing break.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Centrally located in Diss on the Norfolk/ Suffolk border. 5-10 minute walk to local amenities, including the Corn Hall, local pubs and restaurants. It is also ideal for exploring Norfolk and Suffolk. Walnut Tree Cabin is set within the grounds of our home. It is completely private, with a separate entrance and parking. After having many holidays with Air bnb we wanted to use that experience to create a wonderful holiday home.

Green Dragon Cottage

Green Dragon Cottage is set in a quiet backroad just North of Diss (10 minutes), sitting at the gateway to the picturesque Waveney Valley. The cottage sleeps up to five guests and is created from former stables and blacksmiths forge. The conversion retains many historic features including wooden beams and pamment tiles, yet with modern amenities including WiFi and underfloor heated bathroom. The cottage has a private entrance, parking and is ideal for families, sat in our peaceful 3.5 acres.

Mustard Pot Cottage

Mustard Pot Cottage is a charming 18th century barn conversion. The property comprises luxurious accommodation with a pretty enclosed south-facing garden which overlooks a pond. There is a light airy bedroom with a king size bed and a chest of drawers, a bathroom with a spacious walk in shower and a very well equipped kitchen with a dining and seating area. The cottage has a stylish Everhot mini stove as the main feature of the sitting room. A beautiful space with wooden floors throughout.

Our luxurious accommodation is an idyllic get away for those who want the peace and beauty of the Norfolk countryside and to wake up to the sound of birdsong , you may not want to get out of the sumptuous bed and take your head off the goose down pillows that envelope you as you sleep peacefully, is it the draw of the landscape that gets you out of bed or maybe the passing horses out in the fresh morning air inviting you to leave that luxurious bed and take fresh coffee on the terrace

Old Post Office Stable

Old Post Office Stable sits in the heart of a conservation area on the Norfolk/Suffolk border. Thorpe Abbotts is home to the 100th Bomber Group Museum. They say that the squaddies mailed their love letters back home at the Old Post Office ! 40 mins to the coast, Lowestoft, Gt Yarmouth, Southwold,, with shopping in Norwich, Ipswich and Bury St Edmunds. 10 mins drive from Diss train station with a direct line to London. The Norfolk Broads only 15 mins in the lovely market town of Beccles.

Green Farm House is set in the peaceful Suffolk countryside at the end of a quiet lane. The quaint village of Redgrave benefits from a village pub serving food & a small village shop. Within a mile walk across the field you will find a supermarket, take-aways & pubs. The large open plan annex is bright and airy with a beautiful view of the garden & the fields beyond. There is a separate bedroom, bathroom & a second seating area which can be converted to a small double bed upon request.

The Old Forge 6

The Old Forge is a delightful semi-detached cottage. The cottage is set in the peaceful village of Brome, in the Suffolk countryside on the Norfolk/Suffolk border. The Old Forge has its own private garden and parking for two cars. There are three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 and two are on the first floor, one with a kingsize bed and one with twin single beds. Bedroom three is ground floor also with a kingsize. The ground floor offers a kitchen/diner, bathroom, lounge and storage.
