We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Being able to sit outside and enjoy the peaceful view, watching many different types of birds was so relaxing. The billiards table and chess set got lots of use during our stay - it was great to have something fun to do at the house when we weren’t kayaking, going to the Brevard zoo, or visiting Sebastian Inlet park! We were able to do some cooking and so appreciated having everything we needed in the well-appointed kitchen, including k-cups for the Keurig and enough paper products to last us the few days we stayed. Andrei was an accommodating and responsive host. Wonderful stay centrally located to the beautiful Space Coast!

What a great home Derek offers! Nicely furnished, clean, well-stocked, great location. Gleason Park…just a couple of blocks away, is a wonderful resource. Hard to find any faults in this home! We (plus our 11.5 year old Lab) had a great stay!

Samantha was an excellent host. The property was well-maintained, and the surroundings were beautiful. The partially fenced-in backyard was perfect for our big dog. It was a great spot for fishing and crabbing. The dolphins at the end of the dock each day were a great bonus. It was a wonderful place for a quiet family getaway.

Beautiful home with all the amenities! Easy check in and out. We took three teenagers for their spring break and four adults. The house had plenty of room for all of us and the kids were entertained the whole time. We ventured out to a few places, but relaxed and hung out at the house the majority of the time because of how great it was. I highly recommend this house and will book again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was close to the beach as described. There were plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, shopping nearby. We walked to some of these or drove depending on our mood. There are plenty of other places to go that are not all that far of a drive away. The house was as pictured, very, very nice. The backyard was private and there was ample furniture for relaxing. The house was clean and spacious and nicely furnished. The neighborhood was quiet and very nice. John and Monica were great! They answered right away if we had questions. There was a nice book that they put together for guests showing highlights of the area that was helpful. Cocoa Beach was a lot of fun with lots of things to do. A very enjoyable vacation spot.

Easy to find. Clean. Quiet area. We stayed for one night before our cruise. Bathroom is a tight squeeze for two people to get ready at once.

Great stay. Everything is presented accurately in the listing. The house was great, pool was awesome, and a 10 min walk to the beach. Teresa has a great communication system going as well throughout the stay to make sure everything runs smoothly. Thx!

Place was nice, but dioes need some upgrades. Pool looked great but was to cold for us to try it out. Canel looks alot better in the pictures, But could be due to time of year. Over all was a nice place to stay for tourists g around Cocoa Beach and other areas for a couple days.

Beautiful home, I love that it is right on the water ♥️ My husband caught more fish on the dock that we did the whole time in the ocean. Very clean, and had more than everything we needed.

We had a great stay at this property. It was perfect for us. The location was ideal. We are celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary and love walking the beach, biking, reading quietly, and visiting the Space Center and local restaurants. This was our third visit to this area, but we believe this unit suits us best. It was a quiet, peaceful one-bedroom unit, with an open feel with adequate room for eating, relaxing, writing and has a small, private, outdoor patio. We would love to return and stay again if we have the opportunity. Kay, our host, was very friendly, helpful and responsive.

Brooke's place was perfect for my family of 3 (couple and child) for a long weekend in Vero Beach. The place was thoughtfully designed and was very clean. The beds were comfortable, AC and heat worked well, wifi excellent, and shower water was hot. The neighborhood was peaceful, felt safe, and was conveniently located. Brooke gave clear, concise, and timely instructions for everything.

Great location and very fairly priced, also the house is clean and well maintained.

Such a tranquil and lovely stay. Very family friendly. Quiet at nights. My toddler loved the front yard. Has all amenities in kitchen and for beach trips. Easy drive to the beach, Kennedy Space Center, supermarkets, and restaurants. Host is very hospitable. Hope to return again.

This house was nestled in its own little private oasis! Although there were neighbors nearby, the home and dock area felt very private and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay!

The place was really comfortable, and perfect for our family of 4. Loved the proximity to the beach and places to eat. The place had everything you need, and a nice area outside to enjoy your morning coffee or relax with a glass of wine in the evening. Jacki was really responsive. The place is really clean, plenty of towels. We didn't cook on this trip, but if we did, Jacki has everything you may need.

Wonderful! We had a great three weeks. We walked to restaurants and the beach. We used Jackie’s kayaks to travel the canals and her bikes to explore the neighborhoods. But best of all Jackie’s place was more than we expected. She takes excellent care of the house and her guests. You truly can move in with nothing but your suitcase. EVERYTHING you need for the home, the beach and the fishing pier is provided. I thought the outside furniture would be shared but it is not. You have the entire back patio furnished with several sitting/eating areas all to yourself. The neighborhood is quiet but you are just two blocks from A1A. Jackie is an excellent host and takes special care of her guests. We highly recommend Jackie’s place.
