Great Delray cottage! I recently spent 5 nights at this property with my family. We were permitted early check in. Everything was spotless and looked just like the photos , if not nicer! Once we settled in we realized that there were some items included in the listing that were not provided like wine glasses and beach towels. I messaged Andy and he came early the next morning with the items I mentioned AND MORE! Everything was brand new! We joked that it was like Christmas morning. The property is super comfortable and walkable. I will definitely stay here again!

The space was perfect for our visit. The outdoor area was super nice and relaxing. Paul was very responsive throughout our stay and to our specific requests. Will definitely be back as we visit our daughter in college.

This is the fifth time I've stayed here, and every time is a delight. Great hosts, great location, easy in every way. I'll be back next year!

The stay was amazing. I wish we had chosen to stay more days. I showed this place and our pictures to friends and they want to come back with me. The pool had some plants/bugs in it when we arrived nothing crazy just typical florida things but the very next day a Pool cleaner showed up. It made our stay perfect since the only reason we had to go out was to go to the beach but once the pool was nice and clean combined with the hot tub (which was perfect) we had no reason to want to go anywhere. The decor of the home is super cute and everything was very clean and organized. We will definitely be back! Also so many restaurants, activities, and the beach are just a $10 Uber ride away!

The location was a bit hard to find but once we found it the place was cozy and an amazing location. Felt right at home and loved how easy it was to book with the hosts. Great communication and time in Delray. Def will book again!

We will definitely be back here! Beautiful cottage, within a pretty neighborhood to walk your pups in or walk 20 min to restaurants and shops. Beach is a quick drive. The house itself was equipped with so much! We had a great time grilling, playing ping pong, corn hole, and our dog loved the fenced in back yard

We had a lovely week in West Palm Beach, staying at the Magical Marina Cottage. Communication from Katiuska was top notch. The porch is a fabulous asset of this property — great for reading, working, sipping coffee, whatever you choose. It was nice to be able to do laundry and having available beach gear was also great. The house is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. The dedicated parking space in the gated front yard is also a major plus. We were pleased with our choice to stay here.

So Much Charm!!! I loved my stay at this adorable cottage filled with so much character (the flamingo decor was such a cute touch)! The place was super clean and very cozy and located in a safe friendly neighborhood! I felt like I was at my own beachside retreat! The backyard is one of its best features… -pure relaxation and a pet’s paradise! The hosts were welcoming and accommodating in every way!

Thanks for the stay! We had everything we needed and more. Loved the ability to ride bikes - we rode to a brewery, to Benny's on the Beach, and just around the neighborhood a few times. And the location was great -- could walk to coffee shops and some fitness studios on the main drag. And we loved the access to beach chairs, an umbrella & cooler to enjoy an afternoon on the beach! The amenities definitely changed the way we spent our time in Lake Worth, in a good way.

We live bed the comfort of the home it was perfect for what we needed vs hotel. We could actually relax both outside the house or inside. It was nice to watch neighbors walking with their dogs. I certainly enjoyed the easiness going back and forth to our PGN club for Tennis, golfing and working out. We definitely will rent again from Brandon.

Enjoyed our SECOND visit. Good access to WPB, Nationals ballpark, restaurants, beaches. Comfortable and private house with a nice yard to enjoy the sun.

We had a fantastic stay at this charming cottage! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The space was impeccably clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed, making it the perfect retreat for our weekend getaway. The amenities were exceptional—everything from the well-stocked essentials. We especially appreciated the complimentary bikes, which made our rides to the beach so enjoyable, as well as the beach passes that were a great add on! The hosts were very accommodating, allowing us to check in early ,which added to the flexibility and ease of our stay. If you're looking for a peaceful, well-appointed place with fantastic hospitality, this cottage is an excellent choice. Highly recommended!

Javier was very responsive to my messages. It’s a great location with an excellent Greek restaurant across the street. Enjoyed walking the historic neighborhood.

We travel to Florida every year to visit family and we always stay in a vacation rental. April and Tony’s place is by far the nicest rental we have ever stayed in. It’s clean, beautiful, comfortable and we felt right at home. I would definitely stay here again. They obviously take pride in their home and making sure their renters feel comfortable. Amit’s house is exactly as described. We enjoyed the space and patio. I wish there were a second bathroom, even just being 4 people, when nature calls …. Beach was pretty close and the house had chairs and umbrella. The kitchen is full equiped. It was a good experience and worth the price.

What a lovely spot! My family stayed here while visiting our local family that didn’t have space for us in their house. This was a perfect, comfortable, and well stocked place to rest our heads! We didn’t make use of the community amenities but did eye the playground around the corner a few times for the kids! Highly recommend!

We were in town to sell a car at the Barrett Jackson auction and wanted to be close. We werent at the house much but it was absolutely beautiful, and the decor was very tropical palm beach vibe....loved it!

This was a beautiful cottage style home in a nice neighborhood close to everything. Place was spotless and Marcus was very accessible if we needed him. I would highly recommend this host. We will be back.

The house was clean and fully stocked for our 2 week stay. The neighborhood was quiet and a quick walk to the water with a playground and walking paths for the kids and dogs. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dogs to run around.

This was the most charming cottage. It was so Sit outside and ride my bike across the bridge to the farmers market and beach.🏝️ It’s an adorable, very peaceful, comfortable place ☀️❤️ Austin is an incredible host.
