The house was clean, comfortable and the pool was nice. The yard was private. We enjoyed our stay. It was a perfect location for dinner at the ice plant. Easy to get to and close enough to walk to St. George street.

Michele's place was exactly as advertised. Very close to some great beaches and towns as well as any amenity you could need. The neighbourhood was very quiet and nice. All of the neighbours we encountered were very friendly. The house itself was well equipped, very clean and comfortable. We had a great stay and highly recommend this home!

We had such a special weekend at this beautiful property. The space was peaceful, fun, and full of charm — perfect for making memories with family. Every part of the house and grounds felt so thoughtfully put together, with little hidden gems to discover everywhere you looked. Collecting eggs each morning turned into a fun little game, with everyone trying to call dibs on who got to do it that day. The man cave was a major hit — packed with personality and details that made it feel like staying at a friend’s place. We also loved spending time by the pool and relaxing in the screened-in patio — the perfect spot to wind down in the evenings. Thank you for sharing this one-of-a-kind home with us. We’re leaving with full hearts and some unforgettable memories.

Lili’s place is beautiful!! My mom and I had a wonderful time! Lili’s home made us feel like we were home. We had a chance to meet Lili and she is very sweet and kind. Thank you again for your hospitality!! We will be back!!

This place is beautiful. It is perfect for large group getaways. The pool wasn’t warm enough to get into but it was clean and the chairs place by the pool are a perfect place to layout and relax. The host is great at communicating and is very responsive. Most importantly, check-out is easy with minimal requirements. The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. The location is ideal! Restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations and shopping centers are just minutes away.

We felt right at home in Matt's place. The house was big and spacious, we absolutely loved the pool on the back porch. Was a perfect setting to grill dinner and enjoy the pool, was very hot outside but the back porch was very shaded and comfortable you could feel the ocean breeze., just perfect!! The ocean access was very close walking distance. The garage was also stocked with all you need for a day at the beach. Coolers, umbrellas, chairs, even beach toys for the kids. The kitchen was also stocked with everything you need to cook a meal for your family. The snacks and bottle of wine that was left for us by Matt was a great surprise and treat after a 6 hour drive. Plenty of restaurants within good driving distance. Plus a circle K at the top of the road. Matt was very responsive to my messages. We would definitely stay at Matt's again in the future. Amazing house with ample space for our group. Close drive to downtown St Augustine and plenty of restaurants near by since we didn’t want to fight the traffic every night going into downtown. The location was beautiful and was only about one block from the beach access. Would definitely stay again!

This by far was the best Airbnb I have rented. The house was adorable and we felt right at home. Everything was super clean, provided more of the small things than any other rental (spices, board games, kids toys, etc.) I have stayed in and the neighborhood was quiet and clean. This was my grandsons first vacation (14 months) and it couldn't have been more perfect. The fence around the pool relieved so much worry for his safety. It was spacious and open for him to run inside and out. There were 5 adults and one toddler and plenty of room! The host was super quick to respond and lovely to work with. The maintenance man came by and was so nice and even the lawn guys apologized for interrupting our day (they totally didnt and they even waved back all 100 times my grandson waved at them). We did not end up walking anywhere because we mostly stayed at the house but it was very convenient to everything. The option to heat the pool was the best $150 spent. Overall, I would recommend 100/10!!

Can't say enough about Dani and the place. She was extremely responsive and helpful with everything. And the place was great, clean, lots of space, three bedrooms and nice kitchen, plenty of places to sit/lounge, great patio with wonderful view of the outdoor pool and ocean. We had one small issue and Dani was very fast in getting it fixed. Totally recommend. A couple comments on the resort. The outdoor pool is very large and nice, but in late March it's still a bit cool and the water was very cold. So we swam a lot in the indoor pool, which is advertised as heated, but it's not very warm, warmer than the outdoor pool but could have been warmer. Also, the outdoor hot tub broke on our first day there and we were there for multiple days and it never got fixed.

Butch was a very responsive host . He gave great recommendations and made sure to it that we had great instructions about check in check out , what he expected at the end of our stay etc.. The money we paid for the stay was very reasonable for beach front property. The beach was gorgeous , the ocean views from the condo couldn’t be better . There were outstanding restaurants and day trip activities to be had just about everywhere . We started with a dolphin and manatee kayak tour, rolling brunch and sunset cruise . The city is rich in history and we learned so much while there ! Butch has a fantastic property and knows how to keep his customers comfortable and wanting to return.

We loved our stay at Peck Plaza! Carrie was very responsive and we had everything we needed to make it a comfortable visit. The place is very clean and you and can’t beat the view. The kids loved the heated pool and we loved the accessibility to the beach. Would definitely recommend staying here and would come back again!

The location was right on the steps of Daytona Beach and conveniently located near stores and restaraunts walking distance. Kelly was super communicative and helpful and the whole trip went smoothly. I appreciated the sun hats and beach paraphernalia in the place. Also the fully stocked toiletries. All in all a great stay. On a side note the elevator was not working the whole time we were there which didn’t bother me but for someone physically impaired you have to climb stairs and walk a bit to get to the place. This is March 15 and I’m sure elevator is working by now. This does not affect my rating of the stay in any way. I highly recommend!

An absolutely perfect place to stay. I loved the quick walk to the beach, and the condo was adorable!

Great apartment, close to one pool and only 5 min walking to the beach. The complex even has 2 pools one being closer to the beach where we have been mostly alone during our stay. The apartment was extremely clean and the kitchen was well equipped. the apartment is on the street side but we did not hear anything inside, but on the balcony which was fine for us. AC and fans in the living and bedroom. All in all we had an amazing time here!

We’ve done Airbnb several times and this one was my family’s favorite! Great location right on the beach! From the balcony you had a great view of the ocean as well as the Halifax River. My son loved the gym and the pool table. Swimming pool and hot tub were great as well. The unit had everything we needed! We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time!! Our room was very nice and the perfect size for us, Chris was very helpful about different things and gave great recommendations on places to eat!! Overall we had a great time and definitely recommend booking with him!

We were very pleased with this home, it was very comfortable, and we loved the open nature of the layout. The outdoor area was very fun for fishing. The kitchen was very nice to use, though lacked some basic necessities such as kitchen towels, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent. The beds were comfortable and everything worked well in the home. We especially loved the electric couch with the USB ports and reclining features. We will definitely come back to this house!

This is our second year staying in this lovely home during the Daytona 500. The home is comfortable and feels like home. The host thinks of everything and made our stay memorable. We love sitting by the pool overlooking the waterfront! See you next year!
