A rare find in Palatka. We work here often and stay a few nights each time. It is hard to find something other than trailer homes available in the area. Host is straight up about the area, but we had no issues with the neighborhood, other than the trains passing through at night. House is extremely clean, good water pressure and hot water, the three things we typically look for. It is charming and funky, with tons of character. Will definitely stay again if available when passing through.

This was the perfect place for my wife and I to relax, recharge, and rekindle our romance. Paul and Kelly are incredible hosts and they have created an amazing space for couples to unwind and enjoy time with one another. The grounds provide plenty of privacy and the view of the river is beautiful and serene. This was the first time we have stayed in an RV and we found it cozy and very comfortable. The bed is large and comfy and there is plenty of space for cooking and relaxing. We enjoyed interacting with our hosts and they always made sure that we had everything we needed. We look forward to returning again very soon!

What a unique and wonderful, cozy place. I so enjoyed my stay and am glad I planned to stay on my return. I could easily spend a week here. It was clean, comfortable and very welcoming.

“Nancy’s Oasis” was perfectly located for my stay in Jacksonville! Drive just a few miles over to Riverside and Avondale for cute shops and restaurants, and about half an hour to Jax Beach. Perfect little spot that’s close to everything but still feels private and peaceful. The pool house was outfitted with everything I needed during my stay - and more! Nancy was a wonderful host - my very best Airbnb experience yet!

We booked this place for our honeymoon!!! It was close to downtown! It is 10 mins from the beach! We couldn’t have been happier with our stay!

We had such a special weekend at this beautiful property. The space was peaceful, fun, and full of charm — perfect for making memories with family. Every part of the house and grounds felt so thoughtfully put together, with little hidden gems to discover everywhere you looked. Collecting eggs each morning turned into a fun little game, with everyone trying to call dibs on who got to do it that day. The man cave was a major hit — packed with personality and details that made it feel like staying at a friend’s place. We also loved spending time by the pool and relaxing in the screened-in patio — the perfect spot to wind down in the evenings. Thank you for sharing this one-of-a-kind home with us. We’re leaving with full hearts and some unforgettable memories.

First time in Jacksonville and we fell in love with this neighborhood! The house is awesome!!! My 3 year old jumped right into the pool, it was her favorite thing to do!! The highways separate San Marco, this house is in the residential side but we easily walked under the highway without having to cross major roads to the part with all the restaurants and businesses…we walked to southern grounds with our young kids every morning for breakfast and coffee, it was incredible and so kid friendly! The neighborhood was beautiful, safe, and lots of kids/families around, I wanted to buy a house here I loved it so much! The house was as described and perfect for us! Kitchen had everything we needed, bedrooms were comfy, modern decor, really awesome! The best part was the backyard and pool, we spend a lot of time back there. Also just a great location to see lots of Jacksonville and check out the beaches nearby, we would absolutely stay here again! Very responsive and polite hosts!

Susan's place was great. Has everything you need. Very comfy bungalo, easy to access, and close to town. Susan is very responsive and insistent on letting her know if anything doesn't meet your expectations. This was my first time staying in an AirBNB and it was a great first experience.
