Great stay! Clean and comfortable beds. Bathroom is huge! Only thing to make sure you are aware of is the spiral staircase going up to the unit would be difficult with heavy luggage or someone older. We were well aware of the spiral staircase so knew what to expect and it didn't affect us negatively.

We thought this unit was beautiful and it had personal touches that made it feel homey. The kitchen was well stocked and was updated and modern. The unit was clean and fresh. The bathroom is spacious with a great soaking tub and nice shower. Mario and Stephanie excelled at communication and giving us great information about the area, including offering some nearby things to see and do. It was a great location, and we loved the on site, secured covered parking. We would recommend this to anyone traveling to Santa Clarita and would want to stay there again when we are visiting our family who live in town. Check in and check out were seamless and it was an overall great, great experience.

Great stay, check in was extremely easy with clear instructions. Apartment was clean and cozy, kitchen had all you could ask for. Bed and pillows were absolutely perfect,super comfortable. Couch was cozy and excellent to relax and watch a movie in front of a huge 85inch tv. Restroom was clean and shower pressure was great only missing a blow dryer but was able to survive without it. Mini arcade system was a total plus had son and I engaged on it for a good while. Check out was clear and easy. Would highly recommend 10/10 would love to come back again.

Had a great experience indeed. Doris was a great host , made us feel right at home , the home needless to say was just the right one, great neighborhood providing peaceful and cozy vibes. Looking forward for upcoming stays with Doris.

Thanks again Michael! I’ve stay here multiple times for work trips and it feels like home. The space is small but it’s a great set up for one person. They installed a washer/dryer this month which is so helpful. They are always responsive and thoughtful.

Kim is an amazing host! We love to stay here. The neighborhood is a bit noisy but tends to get quiet about midnight. The house is nice and perfect to stay. Comfortable beds!

I stayed here for work for two weeks, and Carla always responded quickly and checked in every once in a while. She was very accommodating when I asked her if I could extend my stay (luckily there was still availability!) and when we had questions or issues she was willing to send someone to help if we needed it. The area was very quiet and out of the way from the city center, which if you have been in Palmdale/Lancaster/Highway 14, you know it's actually a huge positive because drivers out there are insane. The house was well stocked and clean and neat, you overlook the baseball and soccer fields in the backyard which makes it feel more private. Just as a note though, the next door neighbor has a dog in the backyard that will just bark until it tires itself out when it hears you come home, which of course is not Carla's fault but if you or another guest is sensitive to larger dogs it should be noted. If I come back for work again, I'll come back to Carla's!

This beautiful home was the perfect place to regroup after going through the shock of experiencing a home fire. It was exactly like the pictures and the decor was tasteful and serene. Jaclyn was so responsive to our needs that it really helped us catch our breath and figure out our next move. I would definitely recommend this gem to anyone! Jaclyn, you are indeed a super host! Had to find a place to house a midsize family while visiting my son’s future college and the space was perfect for myself, 3 children and in laws. Great space overall. It was so comfy that we canceled our plans on Sunday and just lounged at the house and enjoyed the space and cooked and hung out .usually on vacation you tend to create an itinerary for yourself but it was so comfy we decided to just stay at the house and relax . There were a great selection of board games, cards, a spacious backyard and tvs were huge. Only one room (with the bunk beds) had no TVbut that forced my kids to touch some grass lol. So wasn’t bad after all. A home away from home stay for sure . Will gladly come back there when we come down for visits with my son.

We had a wonderful stay! The space was cute, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome. Me and my coworkers had an amazing stay at this location compared to the others we’ve been staying at.

Everything was great, Ana is nice and easy to work with/accomodating. The place was very comfortable and has a dedicated bathroom for the room. Bed was comfortable, and coming and going was easy. Only down sides, no shower soaps or that kind of thing, and occasionally the dogs get yippy, but were totally silent at night. Overall a great place to stay. Thanks!

I highly recommend staying at Javier's condo. It was perfect for my long-term stay. The condo was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and my boys and I enjoyed our time there very much. Javier was available and attentive throughout my entire stay, which I appreciated.

Second time staying at this location. Excellent as always. Tanner and Jess are extremely responsive and their place has all of the amenities that you could want to make a rental feel like home. Highly recommend.

A very practical 3 bedroom condo. Duane was friendly and easy to communicate with. The kitchen had many items that were helpful as I prepared for my daughter’s recital reception, including scissors, a cheese grater, and several cutting boards. It was nice to have extra bottled waters and snack-sized chocolate bars. The unit was clean and the neighborhood was quiet. The mattresses were comfortable. There were more steps up to the unit from the garage level than I expected, but it wasn’t too bad
