Quaint cottage on a private estate located directly across the street from the Stanford campus. This newly remodeled cottage is the ideal place to stay while in Palo Alto. The completely remodeled kitchen includes fresh white cabinets stocked with all the cooking essentials, black granite counter tops, full size refrigerator/freezer and a 4 burner range, microwave oven, coffee maker, and electric kettle. The adorable living space, which is flooded with light and has views of the property's interior courtyards, includes a twin day bed, flat screen LED TV and a large closet. Off the living space you will find a beautifully remodeled bathroom with Carrera marble floors, and a large standing glass tile shower. The cottage is ideally located minutes away from Stanford Shopping Center, Caltrain Station, downtown Palo Alto, Town and Country Village, and California Ave Farmers market. Commuting is a breeze since it is conveniently situated between the Palo Alto Caltrain Station as well as the California Avenue Caltrain Station. There is also access to the free Margarite Shuttle which services both the Stanford Campus and the surrounding Palo Alto area.

This 3 bed, 3 bath Modern craftsman in the very heart of Silicon Valley is an easy 5 minute walk to the shops, restaurants and offices that dot University Avenue in downtown Palo Alto. Arriving and departing CalTrain's Palo Alto University Avenue station is easily done with a 10 minute walk. You really don't need a car but the driveway easily handles 3 cars. Our light-filled lower level suite has been fully remodeled (completed Feb 2019) and includes two bedrooms (up to 4 Queen beds), a large media room with a fold-out couch bed, and one full bathroom. Total space is approximately 1000 square feet with a private entrance. Amenities include all the perks of our media room and a kitchenette. We wash all linens included Duvet covers between guests. No need to drive although space for 2 cars, one undercover.

Woodsy Silicon Valley Cottage

Discover a laid-back side of Silicon Valley in a cozy, cedar-shake guesthouse surrounded by mature trees. Walking distance from a great network of destination hiking and biking trails. 15-30 minutes from Stanford, Sand Hill Road, and major tech companies. This 400 square foot space is on top of our garage and next to our home. There is no public transportation nearby and ride share services are available but not always reliable so you'll need a car.
