Ericson’s place is perfect for families. It has basic necessities and not too far from the city. It’s safe since it’s inside the subdivision. Host also responds quickly to queries and requests. Will recommend this place to friends and family who will travel Bacolod bound. Thank you for accommodating us!

Her place is your home away from home. We immediately felt comfortable upon our arrival. However, the wifi connectivity was very slow. It didn’t bother us much but the car parked at the garage was inconvenient and made the entrance narrow. Overall, it was a great deal and experience. We really enjoyed the place. It’s beautiful as described and as shown in the pictures. You won’t regret booking it for your vacation. The host was responsive and helpful. Thank you for sharing your place to us.

The place was super spacious, and my family had such a relaxing time during our stay. We especially loved the deep saltwater pool and the fully equipped kitchen—it had everything we needed! One of the clever touches was how the balcony faces an unobstructed sunset view, and the mirror tint really made the colors pop. The owner was also incredibly accommodating and took care of all our requests with ease!

House is clean and safe. Owner is very nice, my siblings were able to visit me during dinner time and stays until almost midnight, I felt comfortable and safe every time they leave the place. My daughter and son arrived 3:30 am, the guard made sure they came to our place safely. The guards are really nice. If I’ll visit Bacolod in the future again, I would like to stay at Tricia’s house again.

Everything was pefrect. Spacious living room and what we preffer ,all rooms on the ground floor.Wifi working perfectly. For sure we will come back

We felt safe and peaceful in the house and in the neighborhood area, had clean and much ample space, and most importantly, the hosts were very understanding of our needs and responsive throughout our stay. Will come again for our next trip to Bacolod City.

Had a nice stay here. Beautifully designed interior. It’s about 15 minutes grab ride from a local mall, vista mall. The host was outstanding in terms of little additional amenities and care. I was surprised by this, as many hosts neglecting this. There are some games and books to peruse. The host was also attentive and responsive. There is a large kitchen for cooking with lots of equipment and things you might need. The WiFi was good enough for Netflix, YouTube, and general browsing. It didn’t work well enough for my video calls and multimedia uploads (I work from home) but it sounds like the host may upgrade it in the future. Overall 5 stars, I would recommend it, and appreciate the experience.

Spacious house with many rooms. Very comfortable beds. Amazingly beautiful chandelier in living room towering over staircase. Equipped with everything. Close to main market and hub of street food and activities. Urban but safe!

A great place to stay if you’re looking for a quiet and comfortable night in the busy city. Conveniently located, very clean, cosy and comfortable. Angel and Christine are lovely hosts. Very friendly, helpful and flexible. My arrival time got delayed a few hours and that was no problem at all. I’m sad my stay was just one night as a stop over for a road trip. Would love to come back!

Check In: They were kind enough to let us check in early with no additional charge and we were lucky too since there’s no guests before us. Best to ask the host politely first if early check in is possible. Communication: Very responsive and helpful. Quickly replies to inquiries and concerns. Very friendly indeed and approachable. Location: Tricky to find if it’s your first time inside Lumina Homes but once you found it, it’s easy to get to upon entering the gate of Lumina Homes. Lots of stores nearby and in every block. Amenities: Considering that the place is new, it still has rooms for improvement in the long run. Take note that the home doesn’t have WiFi yet and data signal is unstable inside the house at times (not always tho). It does have the basics (Essentials for bathing, bed, electric fan, water dispenser, AC, kitchen utensils) and that was enough for us. Cleanliness: Again, given the fact that the home is still new, there were still ongoing improvements.

This is a very nice place to stay. If you are in town, I would suggest it you do have to travel a little to get into town, but it’s well worth it.

I enjoyed my stay at WABI SABI. The room was elegant.

From the day of booking, Dandin has been responsive. He loves to host, and it shows with his air bnb. My brother in law booked this place for 4 nights for himself, 3 kids, his wife (my sister), my father, my husband and myself. My father, husband and myself needed a place to stay a day before and after their stay, last minute, Dandin was able to accommodate us, no issues. His air bnb is well kept and clean, they came once to clean the dipping pool, which is a great plus! Upstairs there were 2 bedrooms and the master bedroom had an attached bathroom had a running hot shower, the living space had a smart tv to watch Netflix and YouTube. Downstairs was the living room, dining room, kitchen, dirty kitchen (with rice cooker) and one room with another bathroom that had a running shower. The total of 6 days in this air bnb made my stay in Bacolod much more comfortable. My family thanks you. When I am in Bacolod, I know where I’m booking next time.

We had such a great time! The airport-to-villa transfer was super easy – they took care of everything, from the van ride to the boat trip. It was hassle-free. They arranged a land tour of Guimaras Island for us, and we loved exploring. The island hopping was definitely the highlight – so much fun! The villa is exactly like the photos – peaceful, with an amazing view that I couldn’t get enough of. The pool was perfect for relaxing, and my daughter loved it. She even said she didn’t want to leave – it really felt like home. The owner and staff were friendly and accommodating. We could cook our meals, but if we didn’t feel like it, they were happy to prepare food for us. Everything was so comfortable. Oh, and they made my birthday extra special! They surprised me with a cake and sang happy birthday. so sweet and thoughtful :) The view was our favorite part – surrounded by islands and the sea, it was worth every penny. Thank you sooo much Team La Roca!! Can't wait to go back! ❤️

Our week-long stay during Dinagyang and our Gigantes adventure was made even more special by this fantastic house. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The apartment was beautifully maintained and had everything we needed. The host's communication was excellent, making the booking and check-in process seamless. Ma'am Feddy's warm hospitality added a personal touch that we truly appreciated. We loved the peaceful ambiance – it was the perfect place to relax and recharge after exploring. We wholeheartedly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

Manong Ben’s house is very cozy and beautiful. We enjoyed staying in the big house, even though we were having a hard time with water at first but manang Lourdes sent maintenance to get the water pumped fixed. The house has an open space which we love so much. Manong Ben and Manang Lourdes are so friendly and kind. Very close to shopping like SM and lots of little markets for easy meals. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful house manong Ben. I will certainly recommend this house to my friends.

Seeking a relaxing vacation, this home provided us exactly what we needed for quality family time. The grounds and the home itself were breathtaking. While the beach in front was a bit rocky for swimming, the compensating pool became a favorite spot for my kids. Anjie, the caretaker, enhanced our experience significantly. He is such a hard worker, keeping the grounds so beautiful. He assisted with transport arrangements upon arrival and facilitated private tricycles for our trips to Caticlan (just 10 minutes away). Additionally, you can find a shared tricycle at the end of the road quite easily for only 20 pesos per person. Caticlan has a 7-11 and markets for eggs and other cooking ingredients. For a larger grocery run, Boracay had ample options. Anjie's recommendation, Cafe Tribu (a 5 minute ride from the house) became a favorite spot for pizza and more. Wifi was occasionally spotty, but the fantastic cable TV package allowed plenty of entertainment for us. Thanks for a nice week.

The place was very clean, and the host was responsive with clear instructions, making the place easy to find. The amenities were just as described, and the location was peaceful and private. I would recommend bringing a car as public transportation and shuttle services can be limited, especially on weekends. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.
